We stayed here on our way to our resort.Choseit because it was right next to the airport which was very handy.Front desk staff were pleasant.The fish tacos in the restaurant were great.Highly recommend them.The room was clean and the bathroom was nice with great water pressure. We paid for the breakfast buffet which was excellent.Great omlette bar, coffee and fresh juice and a variety of other nice choices.Very friendly attentive wait staff.Our son loved the pool shaped like a ring.Oddly enough we couldn't hear the planes taking off from our room that was facingthe airport, so don't worry about not getting a good night sleep.Very happy to start our vacation here.

The room service options are very basic and not the best in terms of taste or quality - they could do a little better here but apart from that it's a great place. Para ser un Hilton el servicio quedó a deber muchísimo, -El piso de las habitaciones sucio, -El olor a coladera en baño por la mañana, -No se veía ningún canal de la TV -Muchi ruido del aire acondicionado no dejaba dormir. -El servicio del restaurante tardado y malo, no nos dieron cubiertos ni servilletas. -El Shuttle del hotel al aeropuerto no servía el aire acondicionado. Lo único buenos es la ubicación cerca al aeropuerto ya que el precio es alto para tener ese tipo de detalles.

Si estás de paso por la ciudad de Cancún o simplemente tuviste una cancelación de tu vuelo, lo mejor es hospedarse en este hotel, cómodo, amplió, con buena atención y lo mejor la ubicación, ubicado dentro de las instalaciones del mismo aeropuerto. Las habitaciones son cómodas. En el lugar se puede almorzar y cenar aunque en ocasiones las opciones son limitadas debido a la capacidad del personal de la cocina para poder abastecer la demanda del mismo, cosa que me tocó experimentar, lo cual me obligó a salir y cenar en otro lugar. No obstante, la atención fue siempre muy buena en todo momento.

Lo único bueno que tiene es su ubicación. Pésimo. Desde recepción, cocina, camas. Nos querían cobrar una tarifa muy por arriba de su página web oficial. Por los $3700 mxn que pagamos, sólo nos dieron una botella de agua de 500ml, con trato déspota y sin explicarnos nada, ni siquiera como conectarse al wifi. Otros hoteles de igual, menor y mejor categoría en otros países tienen mejores costos y mejores tratos. El room service nunca llegó, tuvimos que bajar a recepción para cancelarlo porque ni el teléfono respondían. La cama súper incomoda, ni siquiera cumple su función como un hotel para descansar entre vuelos. Los precios del restaurante excesivos, los del área de conveniencia igual o peor. Es un abuso, un chiste. Nadie regula este tipo de establecimientos. Primera y última vez que pasamos una noche en este hotel, para la próxima un motel haría mejor su trabajo por una quinta parte del costo.

Me quedé muy decepcionada del hotel y me traje muy mala experiencia pues además de caro no te incluyen nada de nada 😓a parte nos tocó una habitación con un bañoque se inundaba al bañarte horrible (daba asco) y un lavabo dónde te lavas la cara o la boca y el agua sucia se estancada , de verdad fue asqueroso , me quedaron mucho a deber,lo único excelente fue la ubicación frente al aeropuerto. No lo recomiendo 😒

Este hotel transformou uma situação potencialmente ruim em uma ótima. Como a companhia aérea estava dizendo à minha esposa que estávamos remarcados no voo do dia seguinte, fiz a reserva online. Nota: temos 3 filhos a tiracolo. O hotel é muito bom, a recepção facilita o check-in, restaurante aberto até as 22h, bar na frente, também um à beira da piscina. O quarto era incrível, as crianças assistiam aviões pousando e decolando. Depois de várias voltas na piscina circular e um banho na banheira com vista para o aeroporto, todos dormiram em ambiente agradável e aconchegante. Grande experiência em geral.

El hotel está nuevo y muy bonito en todas sus instalaciones. LIMPIO. Muy práctico al estar a la vuelta del aeropuerto. Si no fuera por las maletas, perfectamene llegas caminando. El shuttle muy bien (lo reservé con anticipación), puntual y con excelente comunicación con el chofer. Vi comentarios negativos, y no, no experimentamos nada de eso. El check-in rápido y amable, sin problemas. La comida del restaurante es aceptable, aunque algunas cosas parecen estar recalentadas. La botella de agua cuesta $50 pesos, para que tomen sus precauciones. La zona de la alberca muy agusto, pero las bebidas excesivamente caras y no están ricas. Las sábanas un poco rasposas y la cama también un poco dura (no se sintió como otros Hilton). Te cobran el café ☕️mañanero característico de los Hilton a 50 pesos (la cadena lo da gratis ¿?).La razón de las 3 estrellas es por que tuvimos una situación con el baño, ya que la coladera de la regadera estaba tapada y se hizo una alberca de muy mal gusto al bañarse. El problema fue muy notorio y no supieron resolver nuestro problema, ni siquiera disculpas hubo 🤷 - Muy raro para ser un Hilton Garden Inn - en fin, pagamos aquí para descansar y darnos un buen baño, y no se logró. Mirecomendación para quien visite este hotel es que abran la regadera desde que les asignen la habitación, el costo de la habitación es alto como para dejar pasar algo así.

Una cadena de hoteles de alto prestigio y confiabilidad. En este caso, está muy bien ubicado si estás de tránsito o reuniones puntuales con poco tiempo. Sus instalaciones están cómodas, aunque un poco apretado el espacio entre el lobby bar y el restaurante. Su diseño es interesante, pero el area abierta interna es muy calurosa. La piscina muy simpática, la vista esta muy bien en el área de la terraza especialmente el atardecer.

Las Sábanas rasposas y la cama de muy mala calidad y además huele a construcción aun. muy mal en general verdad para la “categoría” del hotel. Esta mal gestionando, por qué el hotel si es bonito. Deja de haber alimentos a las 10pm, en un hotel aeropuerto?? …la actitud del personal de recepción deja mucho que desear. El Bellboy hace de chofer también de tal modo que nunca está, el precio es excesivo en comparación al Nh o al Ressidence Inn que están cerca y tienen mucho mejor calidad en todo. El nh además tiene room service 24hrs y mil veces mejor cama y sabanas

Un hotel nuevo, con instalaciones contemporáneas y elegantes tanto en los interiores como exteriores. El tiempo de atención es rápido y eficiente, siempre con una actitud amable. Los alimentos e ingredientes del desayuno son de buena calidad y buen sabor. La ubicación te permite llegar al aeropuerto en menos de 5 minutos.

This hotel turned a potentially bad situation into a great one. As the airline was telling my wife that we were re-booked on the next day's flight, I made the online booking. Note: we have 3 kids in tow. The hotel is very nice, reception made check-in easy, restaurant open until 10pm, bar up front, also one by the pool. The room was amazing, the kids watched planes landing and taking off. After several rounds in the circular pool and a bath in the tub overlooking the airport, everyone slept in nice and cozy. Great experience overall.

Eu usava chinelos no chuveiro para tentar não pisar nele, e a água continuava indo de quente para fria para frente e para trás. O resto do quarto estava limpo e bem. Funcionou por 1 noite. Gostei muito tranquilo. O ar condicionado era muito bom.

Tive uma péssima experiência na minha estadia neste hotel funcionários mal humorados e mal informados. Não quiseram emitir nota fiscal por serviços prestados no restaurante do hotel, mesmo após reclamação na recepção ninguém teve boa vontade para resolver o problema !!! Além disso o hotel fica longe de tudo em Cancun próximo apenas do Aeroporto. Não recomendo

Este é um ótimo lugar para uma estadia inesperada durante a noite, mesmo ao lado do aeroporto. Hotel parece muito novo, e olhar exterior um pouco robusto esconde quartos muito confortáveis ​​e muito limpos. Comida do restaurante foi incrível e serviço muito rápido e agradável. Eles cozinham na hora e fazem bem. Há muito tempo não temos um deserto tão bom.

There were good and not so good points to our stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and the restaurant was great. One downfall was finding the hotel entrance. The address on Google will not take you there. You have to enter Terminal 2 at the airport and follow the sign for Hilton Garden Inn. The Google address will take you to a restricted entrance that is roped off. So after a 6 hour drive we were on the side of the road calling the front desk for help navigating. The room itself was good except for the shower. It was not very clean (had hair on the walls and dark colored staining on the floor). I wore flip flops in the shower to try to not step on it, and the water kept going from warm to cold back and forth. The rest of the room was clean and fine. It worked for 1 night. I liked that it was very quiet. The air conditioning was very good.

This is a great place for an unexpected stay overnight, right next to the airport. Hotel looks very new, and somewhat rugged outside look hides very comfortable and very clean rooms. Restaurant food was amazing and service very fast and pleasant. They cook to order and do it well. We have not had that good of a desert for a long time.

I love the location and that it is easily walkable from Terminal 2. I was surprised to find such a beautiful pool on the second floor. I love the gym, bar and patio around the pool area. The soups we ordered by room service were not as good as I had hoped and my girlfriend did not enjoy either of them. Check out was very easy and they allowed me to park my car rental for a couple of hours. I would come back to this hotel but it is a bit expensive but the convenience is worth it.

Hotel nuevo con buenas instaciones y prácticamente dentro del aeropuerto. Con mi esposo estuvimos menos de 1 día por un vuelo que teníamos en la madrugada. Tienen servicio de transporte gratuito al aeropuerto que salía cada 1 hora. La carta de menú de comidas acotada pero suficiente por la funcionalidad del hotel. Buena aislacion de su entorno ta que en la habitación nunca se sintió por ejemplo el ruido del despegue de un avión. Lo que si era que la habitación tenía in ruido espantoso que creo que era un ventilador. Y si se apagaba el aire acondicionado el dormitorio se ponía caluroso y con el aire prendido muy helado.

Last month my husband and I had a one day flight delay, due to our Covid results pending, so we stayed at the Hilton.It was nice, everyone was very friendly. Luis, who was working at the upstairs outdoor bar was the best!He was a great conversationalist and took our food orders and drink orders accurately.He was such a pleasure to be around and very helpful.I would recommend this hotel.

We were expecting a subpar experience after reading these reviews but honestly had a lovely stay. The shuttle ran on time and the staff were helpful at every turn. The pool is unique and clean (with a great sunset view) and the rotunda downstairs catches the breeze beautifully. This was a great spot for our family before an early morning flight.

I’ve only been here for 3 hours and already feel compelled to write a review. My trip started off extremely rocky as the airline misplaced my luggage. Upon checking in, I asked the front desk if they had any tooth brushes and tooth paste I could use, I thought this was standard practice, especially at an airport hotel. She shrugged toward the store and told me to check there. There were tooth brushes but no tooth paste. Extremely odd, it seems like a very easy thing to supply your guests with just a smidge of hospitality. On top of this, we purchased the $20 “snack and drinks” add-on to the room knowing we had a long travel day and would likely be hungry. It wasn’t acknowledged at check-in, so we assumed it would be waiting in the room. When it wasn’t, we went back down to ask about it, to which we were told we “needed a bigger room for that.” But of course, upon looking into it, he confirmed what we already knew, which is that we had already paid for it. The bag he brought us was supposed to be for 2 people but contained 1 water, 1 apple juice, 1 coca cola, 2 granola bars and 2 airplane sized bags of snacks. Not quite what we expected. Overall, if you are booking this hotel for the convenience, I would not expect any. The staff at the pool bar and restaurant so far have been very nice and accommodating. The shuttle was also pretty frustrating to get ahold of due to being hung up on 3+ times while trying to order it, but once they arrived it was fine so I’ll withhold judgment there.

El área está bonita, tiene bar, zona para sentarse y relajarse. Podrían mejorar los acabados ya que no se si estaban reparando ya que habia zonas que se veían solo de concreto sin pintar... si lo arreglan pueden mejorar la experiencia de los huespedes.Tienen restaurante y ofrecen desayuno buffet con variedad de platillos.Cenamos en el restaurante y el servicio estuvo un poco lento y solo había pedido un club Sandwich... pero estaba rico.

The Hilton hotel staff were so amazing and accommodating. We were forced to evacuate terminal 3 at the Cancun airport on March 28 and we were in complete disarray. The staff allowed us to shelter, use the internet and provided us with water and a safe place to try and figure out our next move. It was such a great help to us especially as we were traveling with our young child. We ended up staying two nights as our flights changed and the hotel was very clean, the food and drinks were great and the staff was very friendly and provided great service. The fact that they went above and beyond to help so many people out when we were all scared and confused really shows a lot about the employees. We are extremely thankful and appreciate the hospitality!
