I stayed at this Hyatt Place in March 2023. The hotel seemed nice and well kept and the clerk at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The room seemed very clean and the layout was nice as well. However, the bathroom was very disturbing to say the least. The shower wasn’t very nice to begin with, the grout was yellow, unclean and missing in spots. But the game changer were the hairs on the shower floor and behind the toilet. There were several.🤮 I took a few pictures detailing the types of hair and the cleanliness in general. Needless to say, I didn’t take a shower. After driving 9 hours to arrive, the last thing I felt like doing after unpacking was repacking to change rooms. It was gross enough that I cancelled the reservation I had made in advance for the following Friday night for my return trip. The hotel was also very loud- kids running up and down the halls- we were by the stairwell and they ran down those and slammed doors as well. Not worth the $200 plus tax that I paid. I contacted corporate over a week ago with this info and haven’t had any response. I’ve had this kind of experience at several Hyatt’s in the last couple of years. Not impressed and won’t be staying at a Hyatt in the near future.

Great place. One of my favorite Hyatt Place locations. Would have given it 5 stars but they have a sign at the front desk saying they guarantee rooms but not room type. We require a specific type of room and if I reserve that room, I expect to get it. This sign made me very uneasy until check in was complete. Even after check in the sign made me very uncomfortable for everyone else in my position. Also, the front desk is not the place to put a disclaimer. That needs to be done at reservation time, not check in time. Staff was practically non-existent when I needed them. They lock the front door at 9pm, leaving you out in the cold until a staff member sees you, if you're not checked in yet. Much as I love this location, I see service level on its way downhill now.

Clerks at the front desk are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is out of this world. Fresh ingredients local to the area. The rooms are literally home away from home. The only issue I had was the lack of microwave in the room.

Disappointed that there’s no electric vehicle charging station in parking lot. That alone means I likely won’t stay again. Surprisingly good breakfast. Comfy bed, pillows, sheets. Clean, but could use some better facilities management to repair damaged ceiling in bathroom. Also, shower head could use a descaling. Keys easily demagnetize so I had to revisit the front desk after going all the way to my room. Needs USB-C ports near bed and more power outlets. I loved how far the windows opened, at least on my first floor room. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms.

Great experience. The room is very clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly. The complimentary water and snacks for elite member was nicely wrapped. The breakfast is also good. This place is ~20 mins drive to the downtown area, not too far.

After my flight was canceled, I scrambled and found the Hyatt Place Santa Fe. I was not disappointed. Nice sized and very clean rooms. Free hot breakfast was tasty and there were several options. Staff was accommodating, but special kudos go to Carlos who made sure I had airport transportation options and provided a nice waiting space while I waited for transport. The only negative was the restaurant and bar were not open (like many other places under the present circumstances). I would definitely stay again.

Carlos at the front desk was so great and helpful! However the layout of the room was odd and organized weirdly. I didn’t love how the mirror was facing the beds. Bad vibes. Plus something on the floor was sticky which was not my favorite to say the least. Beds are comfy and clean.

Had an excellent night's sleep after a very long drive. The rooms were nicely updated, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Everything was very clean. We didn't even stay 12 hrs, but our time was nice. The breakfast was decent, and the green chili sauce on the eggs and potatoes was great! If im coming through again, we will stay again!

I was really worried since I had read some negative reviews leading up to our trip. Thankfully it looks like they heard the negative reviews and made positive changes. The room was clean and comfortable and we were able to have a good night stay and breakfast in the morning. Overall a positive experience and conveniently located near good food and Meow Wolf.

Fast check in and out. The guy in the front desk is very kind and helpful. He works hard to finish your check in. The room and bathroom were clean. Lots of TV channels. There was a small fridge, sofa corner and cold A/C. It was quite the whole time. The breakfast is delicious. They have 🍳 , 🥔 and 🥓.
