We have had such a fantastic holiday. The hotel is really excellent and the amenities are brilliant. Every single one of staff are so welcoming and kind. The general manager Mila was so kind to my mother in law and was so accommodating for some changes we had to make to her booking. Rodrigo who works on reception really went above and beyond for our family when we changed rooms. He was such a help to us and is such a lovely person. We look forward to coming back :)

We loved the Iberostar, been here 3 times and would come back again. Great hotel, great beach all you could want for a family holiday. Food was really good, loads of choice and great service from staff. Carlos and the restaurant staff were amazing, (we remember Carlos from the last time we came to Majorca) everything was fantastic. Hotel really clean, reception staff, cleaning staff and restaurant staff doing everything they could for us and more! Thank you Iberostar.

A lovely complex set in beautiful gardens right on the beach. The staff are brilliant and so accommodating. Family side sea view room was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the fact there is no Single Use Plastic as part of their Wave of Change pledge. Tamarindos Restaurant is wonderful. Unfortunately, we were unable to book for an evening as just so popular.

5 days in and what a place to stay. Best beach in Spain on the doorstep. The staff are different class, definitely the best I’ve encountered on my travels and I e travelled a lot. We are all inclusive and the food and drink have been top quality. Daily and nightly events keep on going and there is something for everyone. A special thanks to the entertainment team who work tirelessly and seem to enjoy every second with you. It’s not often I would go back to the same place but this may be the exception. Thank you Iberostar

This was our first time staying at a family hotel like this and it exceeded all of our expectations for our holiday. The room was a perfect size, and kept so clean daily by the brilliant maid service, the pool area fantastic for all ages and the hotel overall very neat, tidy, clean and with very friendly staff. All the kids staff seemed to have endless energy and were very engaging with little ones and teenagers. David we noticed in particular seemed to win with all age groups, including our 6 year old! Last but not least, a special shout out to our waitress Ana Maria who made breakfasts and dinners a breeze. We didn’t hear any noise from neighbouring rooms and the fantastic evening entertainment rounds off the wonderful days. It’s really been a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to come back with friends. Thank you to everyone who works here for your hard work and positive attitudes!

Perfecto sitio para estar con niños, no lo podemos valorar a pleno rendimiento xq a causa del covid tenían muchas cosas cerradas y había mucha menos gente, pero nuestra estancia a sido muy tranquila y el personal atento y amable.

Buenas noches, fuimos a pasar el fin de semana al hotel Albufera Park y la experiencia un 10. Tanto las habitaciones como la atención y simpatía de los empleados. Sinceramente me quedé con ganas de más. El año que viene seguro que volveremos. Tiene la playa al lado y una súper piscina con toboganes para los nene, los míos los disfrutaron un montón. Sin duda de los mejores a los que he ido.

Excelente ubicación, atención por parte de todo el personal, super amables, educados, predispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Lugar precioso, en fin, para repetir sin dudarlo! Lo único un poquito maso fue la comida del almuerzo, la cual puede mejorar, el sabor es bueno y todo en perfectas condiciones, lo maso es que si bien había variedad, usualmente eran las mismas variedades siempre . Los desayunos, cenas y el restaurante a la carta son excelentes!

Excelente Hotel para descanso, muito bem preparado para crianças .Longe da grande confusão, com tudo o que é necessário, para umas férias paradisíacas, Boa comida, Boa praia , excelentes funcionários,sempre preocupados se estamos felizes se tudo está bem, sem duvida o que faz um bom Hotel ! Recepção de uma simpatia extrema sempre prontos a ajudar. Parabéns primeira vez que fiquei no grupo Iberostar e Adorei.

O hotel tem tido o que é necessário para umas boas férias relaxadas. Ficamos num quarto bom, com vista piscina. Era grande, em bom estado, com decoração simples e airosa. O quarto de banho era grande e funcional. O hotel tem vários restaurantes, com comida boa e variada, em regime de buffet. Em algumas alturas do dia, principalmente ao almoço podia ser difícil encontrar mesa. O staff em geral é simpático. Os espetáculos à noite são divertidos especialmente para as crianças. Tem várias piscinas, quase todas com muitas crianças. A praia é boa, o mar muito bom. Em resumo, é um bom hotel para passar uma semana com crianças. Para quem quer uma semanamais tranquila pode nao ser boa opcao pois este hotel tem muita gente e confusão.

The staff at iberostar Albufera Park are so courteous and polite. The hotel is a fantastic place for family holiday. Very warm and nice. One of the staff Pablo is very helpful and caring. We are surely coming here again next year!

This has been our second visit to Albufera Park. As a family with 2 teenage children it has been fantastic. The teen club (for up to 17yrs) is brilliant and the staff who run the activities are excellent (special mention to JP!!). The hotel is immaculate in a wonderful setting. The restaurants offer a superb range of food with a beautiful restaurant called Tamarindos offering a beach side location with divine BBQ meats and fresh made pasta /risotto made to your own specification. (Just book your table at reception). To end each evening off there is a variety of entertainment options all of which are of a high standard. All the staff have been exceptional but a special mention to Willy, Alejandro and JP who have all gone above and beyond to make our stay truly wonderful. Thank you Iberostar... fantastic XXX

We spent a very nice week in this beautiful hotel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We had chosen a family room which was big enough for 3 adults. It was a clean nice well equipped room. The evening entertainment was great. Lots of choice in the different restaurants. It was our first time as all inclusive and would definitely do it again. Brilliant location, very close to the beautiful sandy beach. Nice walk in either direction along the beach. We will definetively come back to this very nice hotel

We were a family of 10 spanning 3 generations. Our all inclusive deal was perfect as we could enjoy all facilities anywhere in the resort. The food was awesome, the evening entertainment was super - my favourite was The Greatest Showman show. The accessibility to the beach, the heated pool, the sun bathing around the outdoor pool - all fantastic. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. I would love to go back!

Perfect location! I chose the all inclusive package and it was worth every penny. The buffets were amazing, rooms were nice and clean, they also had a tour kiosk on site to book excursions. We did the sunrise and dolphin tour and horse riding. Amazing, one of the best Birthday’s I’ve had. Oh and definitely try out the spa. I got two treatments aromatherapy and a hot stone massage. Excellent staff!
