“Terrible customer service- very rude staff Rooms are bare and the walls are thin. We could hear a man snoring next to us Overpriced- I recommended staying at the hotels next door. Better rooms and cheaper. We cancelled NH after a night and stayed at Nova Hotel which was a way better experience”

“Intentamos escoger la habitación un total de 13 veces y el sistema nunca funcionó. Nos dieron una habitación cuya decoración se notaba que era muy antigua y las vistas eran unas obras. He estado en algunos NH y este no está a la altura. La ropa de cama rota, el suelo lleno de picotazos, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y el termostato estaba roto. Si las aplicaciones no funcionan, que las quiten. Salimos muy descontentos con el hotel. Dispongo de material fotográfico para corraborar lo que he escrito.”
