“Went to the rooftop bar with a group of friends, the staff is unfriendly. First they didn't want to accommodating us, then we figured out where to sit. I felt like they don't care and they don't think about customs' opinion. I don't understand how the management can be so unflexible and unwilling to bring new people to the venue.”
