“We recently spend 6 nights at the Hotel NH Collection and it was a decent experience overall.
The hotel was in a great location and had multiple restaurants within the main social common area outside. There was often live music in the commons at night. There is also a roof top pool. It's rather small but nice.
The best of our stay was the service. The cleaning staff was kind and professional. The front desk was kind and accommodating. The main bar tender was awesome and consistently made delicious strong drinks. The food staff also made a delicious breakfast.
The hotel rooms looked recently renovated. They seem to have good concepts but didn't quite get them right. However the only reason I wouldn't stay here in the future was due to the lack of room ventilation and collection of mold we experienced over two different rooms. The bathrooms do not have a fan, so when you shower, the moisture gets trapped. Once you open the door, it gets suck right up into the air conditioner and blown out into the room. Mold was growing on the wall in our first room which prompted us to ask for a different room. The second room had lesser mold, but still noticable on the wall. The sheets always felt damp, which made it difficult to sleep.
If the hotel could fix their humidity and mold, it could be a four star hotel. Until then, I'll choose someplace else.”

Claro que las instalaciones, la limpieza, la calidad de sus alimentos y bebidas son excelentes, pero lo que hace una gran diferencia es la calidad humana de todos los colaboradores. Desde que nos recibieron, y durante toda la estancia, genuinamente se preocuparon para que estuviéramos felices y cómodos. Hicieron todo lo que estuviera en sus manos para que nuestra estancia fuera aquel lugar que recordáramos. Y así será, porque realmente dejaron huella en nosotros.
