“A equipe foi amigável e a localização é excelente, mas unfortunatly não foi que luxuoso hotel 5 estrelas que se espera do fotos e descrição online. Nosso quarto estava em uma condição ruim. As coisas estavam velhas e quebradas, e o banheiro estava sujo. Relatamos os defeitos imediatamente na recepção e notamos que estamos insatisfeitos com a situação. Temos certeza de que a equipe vai cuidar, mas nada aconteceu. A relação preço-desempenho foi muito ruim.”
