“Menuda decepción Hotel NH. Descontento con las habitaciones, servicio y el trato. Después de reservar dos habitaciones dobles para 1 persona cada una, con una cama doble tal y como se especificaba en la web, y recibir el correo de confirmación con la foto de la habitación, llegamos al hotel y después de unos minutos, el Empleado de recepción nos asigna dos habitaciones totalmente distintas una de la otra, una doble y otra individual, una interior con vistas a una pared y la otra a un patio interior, Perdona, no hemos pagado lo mismo por las dos. Después de comentar nuestro descontento nos dicen que lo único que nos puede ofrecer son dos habitaciones con dos camas individuales. Resumen buscaron las habs que les quedaban y nos asignaron las que no tienen salida. Poco tacto y menos empatía. Para la próxima vez que vengamos con la empresa, este no será el hotel elegido.”
