“Poor rooms with horrible view. When we booked two ocean view rooms and we get a bay view. That looks poor and all you can hear/see on the balcony is the old rusty ac units. Haven’t been here 3 hours and I wanna check out and leave. Ocean view is for members only.”

Ignacio, server captain, always make sure our meals and tables are well taken care of. Julio, Luis, Carlos, Ricky, our servers from different restaurants in the resorts took care of us with politeness. They treat us well and made sure our expectations are met.”
