“O Nobu Hotel não era apenas cinco estrelas. Duas experiências se destacam em particular. Primeiro, foram prometidos três pools, mais um pool somente Nobu. Isso nos foi dito no momento do check-in. Naquele mesmo dia, fomos verificar a piscina do Nobu. Foi fechado para reformas. Fomos para a área geral da piscina Eden Roc. A banheira estava quebrada. A piscina em si era barulhenta e as crianças nos espirraram. Isso nunca aconteceu comigo no restaurante Nobu, então fiquei desapontado com o que aconteceu no Nobu Hotel.Em segundo lugar, pedimos a Hana, o concierge, ajuda para fazer uma reserva para o jantar. Dissemos a ela um lugar que nos foi recomendado. Ela pesquisou no Google e disse que estava reservado. Pedimos uma recomendação. Ela sugeriu um lugar que era, em suas próprias palavras, "ainda mais exclusivo", e que estava reservado. Sua sugestão? Pule o jantar e tome um brunch no dia seguinte. Nós nos afastamos e encontramos nossa própria reserva.Houve muitos destaques, no entanto. A área de sauna do spa era muito relaxante. A recepção e um café foram excelentes.
