“Hotel mediano e que não correspondeu à expectativa. A ver, restaurante na cave, escuro e frio. Lobby pequeno e encolhido. Quarto ok mas com pouco isolamento para exterior que não protege do barulho da casa de máquinas que funciona durante toda a noite. Pequeno almoço normal.”

“The most telling things about any business is how they handle adversity. My family and I traveled to the Double Tree in Greenwich for a short holiday during the pandemic. While some services were limited, they were still able to provide breakfast every morning, a friendly staff, and as many amenities as possible. Kudos!”
