O registro foi fácil. A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e me permitiu fazer o check-in mais cedo, às 10h. Cheguei no hotel super cedo e não queria esperar. Então isso foi uma grande vantagem. Fui então para o meu quarto. Os quartos foram limpos, muito confortáveis, e a equipe foi rápido. Eles foram além para ajudar a tornar a minha estadia agradável.No geral, tive uma ótima experiência, a equipe foi incrivelmente útil. O quarto era maravilhoso, limpo e perfeito. Eu recomendo este hotel para quem visita a área de Gajah Mada

El registro fue fácil. El personal fue extremadamente servicial y me permitió registrarme temprano como a las 10 am. Llegué al hotel muy temprano y no quería esperar. Así que esto fue una gran ventaja. Luego fui a mi habitación. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, eran muy cómodas y el personal era rápido. Hicieron todo lo posible para ayudar a que mi estancia fuera agradable.En general, tuve una gran experiencia, el personal fue increíblemente servicial. La habitación era maravillosa, limpia y perfecta. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a cualquiera que visite el área de Gajah Mada.

Registration was easy. The staff were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early at like 10am. I got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. I then went to my room. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was fast handed. They went over and beyond to help make my stay kinda enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience, staff was incredibly helpful. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting around Gajah Mada area

Uma semana de atividades de escritório, um dia o sabonete acabou desde a manhã, os policiais foram informados muitas vezes até voltarem para casa, as atividades não são reabastecidas, os policiais que cobram no local da reunião não são simpáticos, mesmo que eles usam uma máscara se sorrirem, sua expressão definitivamente aparecerá.

Ficar no Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada é muito agradável quando você passa um fim de semana prolongado com sua família. O local é de fácil acesso e estrategicamente a escolha certa para mim e minha família. Além de um lugar confortável, o atendimento também é bom A equipe é boa e amigável. Especialmente Mas Teddy, a pessoa é simpática e muito prestativa. Além disso, a comida é deliciosa, o cardápio do café da manhã também é variado. A piscina é limpa e confortável No geral, estou muito satisfeito em ficar no Novotel Gajah Mada Mantenha sempre o serviço e a qualidade.

como membro accor plus, o serviço deste hotel é bastante decepcionante e melhor que o ibis. por que é porque no check-in às 20h do dia 2 de maio de 2022, fui atendido por uma equipe chamada NADIRA, onde os membros da Accor receberam uma bebida de boas-vindas de cortesia, mas naquele momento a equipe não a forneceu e tive que pedir eu mesmo . depois que o processo de check-in foi concluído, peguei o quarto 1819 e descobri que estava além das expectativas, o quarto ainda estava em um estado escuro que geralmente é o pedido de um membro, o quarto está pronto e o ar condicionado está ligado. a condição do quarto naquele momento o ventilador no botão ac estava quebrado, a luz de leitura estava quebrada, o chaveiro do quarto estava quebrado, o canal de TV tinha muitos erros, as toalhas também cheiravam um pouco a mofo, como se isso fosse um quarto "sobrado" para mim naquele momento.para instalações de ginástica, deve haver uma sauna e vapor, mas eles não estão ligados ou podem estar danificados e não há pessoal de prontidão.esta é provavelmente a primeira e última vez para eu ficar aqui. e até agora meus pontos de estadia não foram adicionados aos meus membros accor.

como miembro de accor plus, el servicio en este hotel es bastante decepcionante y mejor que ibis. ¿Por qué es porque en el check-in a las 8:00 p. m. del 2 de mayo de 2022, me atendió un personal llamado NADIRA, donde los miembros de Accor recibieron una bebida de bienvenida de cortesía, pero en ese momento el personal no la proporcionó y tuve que pedirla yo mismo? . después de que se completó el proceso de registro, obtuve la habitación 1819, y resultó que estaba más allá de las expectativas, la habitación todavía estaba en un estado oscuro que generalmente es una orden de miembro, la habitación está lista y el aire acondicionado está encendido. el estado de la habitación en ese momento el ventilador del botón ac estaba roto, la luz de lectura estaba rota, el llavero de la habitación estaba roto, el canal de televisión tenía muchos errores, las toallas también olían un poco a humedad, como si esto fuera un habitación "sobrante" para mí en ese momento.para las instalaciones del gimnasio debe haber una sauna y vapor, pero no están encendidos o pueden estar dañados y no hay personal de reserva.Esta es probablemente la primera y última vez que me quedo aquí. y hasta ahora mis puntos de estadía no se han agregado a mis miembros accor.

Bad receptionist, after waiting more than 2 hours, still didn’t get the room. And they said i need to wait for other 40 min.They don't care about the customers satisfaction,I told them that that if I didn’t get the room after 2 hours I will cancel the reservation. And without feeling guilty or try to fix the problem, they cancel my reservation right away. Never ever stay in this hotel again Bad service

It was amazing experience during my last staycation in here. But unfortunately, there is no lift to the basement parking, and was made to wait 2 hours because the room was not ready yet at check-in. overall the rooms are clean, the food is not bad. thank you.

The customer service was good, the room was okay, but they didn't really provide enough for two people despite us ordering as such. Only one toothbrush, one nearly empty box of tissue, and one towel. So we had to ask for more from the reception. Not a big deal. However, the worst part of this hotel was the freaking COCKROACHES. Watch out because these pests are going to crawl into your food as you lie on your bed, or your sofa at night. 10/10 never coming back again. :)

É realmente delicioso sem o incômodo do Novotel. A comida é deliciosa, completa com bom atendimento. Você pode tirar quantas fotos quiser com todos os seus amigos e parentes próximos. Kangkung é o melhor. Obrigado, Sra. Mawar, Sr. Ihsan, Sr. Helmi e Sr. Robby por nos ajudarem enquanto estávamos aqui.

4-star hotel with lower service than an inn. Starting from an unprepared reception, a messy room with cleaning that seems careless. Room deception, asking for a king bed but given twins, hahaha it's really embarrassing. This was done by a reception staff named MN who probably got info from housekeeping regarding the king bed room being ready, it turned out to be a lie (maybe by the housekeeping staff), 2 beds were made to be 1 (they jointing the beds). It's a shame a hotel like this don't have enough a king bed room, after asking the person who concerned, he said "oh the room maybe not available, or full".My question is, why the first receptionist didn't tell, and did a lie. Novotel 4star has a service like that?!I swear this hotel is not doing good management! Very bad compared to Novotel Mango 2. Actually I'm always there at Novotel Mango 2 because it's already familiar and they knowing me well. And unfortunately my son wants to choose Novotel at Gajahmada and it turned out a disaster, the service is really bad. Incidentally, I just went from the Aston Kartika hotel, and where the swimming pool and fitness are ready to use, warmest greeting staff, good atmosphere and nice hospitality. This Novotel is not like that.Honestly, we are disappointed and feel aggrieved by the truly perfunctory service at this hotel, and this is my first and last. I have to explain to all my groups of company what the quality of the Novotel Gajahmada hotel I got, so that all groups under my company know that the service here is far below average! Even at 16.36, I still don't get clarity at this hotel. It's a shame if this hotel is under reception and housekeeping management which is below standard.Just for your information, this hotel is used for quarantine. So please be careful!!LR Yahya

Grande experiência em quarentena institucional neste hotel. Muito satisfeito com a comida (qualidade, quantidade e variedade). Serviço muito acolhedor em cada consulta de todos os funcionários, especialmente a recepcionista. Bom preço, superou minhas expectativas sobre a experiência geral do staycation, mas apenas pequenos feedbacks do meu lado para melhorar o desempenho. Por favor, verifique toda a conexão/receptor de TV a cabo em cada quarto, algum programa de TV deu uma mensagem de erro de sinal fraco ou sem sinal. Por favor, leve a roupa à noite e traga de volta no dia seguinte de manhã, já que as pessoas geralmente precisam que suas roupas sejam limpas de manhã, não à noite, mas um pouco estranho neste hotel sobre lavar a roupa no final da manhã e ser limpa no tarde/noite.

Negative pcr before departure, fever started on the 3rd day after arriving at the hotel, the result was positive.Towels and blankets are yellow , I think there is a chance of infection inside the hotel , The bathroom sink is not cleaned and the water does not go down normally , the food is the worst

Great experience on institutional quarantine at this hotel. Very satisfied with the food (quality, quantity, & variety). Very welcoming service on every inquiry from every staff especially the receptionist. Good price, it's exceeded my expectations about the overall staycation experience, but only small feedbacks from my side to improve the performance. Please check all the TV cable connection/receiver on each room, some TV program gave error message of weak or no signal. Please take the laundry on night & bring back on the next day morning since people usually need their clothes to get cleaned in the morning not in the night, but a bit strange on this hotel about taking laundry in the late morning & get cleaned in the evening/night.
