Ótimo hotel. Ótimas acomodações e bem localizado.

Pena que você não pode dar a este local zero estrelas. Sem luz de cozinha ou água quente na cozinha, armários quebrados, insetos em todos os lugares, sem cesto de lixo, má iluminação no estacionamento. Também não se sentiu seguro, então saiu logo após chegar. A Marriott precisa rever este local e torná-lo de acordo com seus padrões ou perdê-lo. Eu sou um membro platinum e este é o primeiro local Marriott que experimentei como este.

Too bad you can’t give this location zero stars. No kitchen light or hot water in kitchen, broken cabinets, bugs everywhere, no waste basket, poor lighting in parking lot. Didn’t feel safe either so left right after arriving. Marriott needs to review this location and either make it up to their standards or lose it. I am a platinum member and this is the first Marriott location I experienced like this.

Ótimos quartos, adoro as kitchenettes. Equipe amigável. Toneladas de opções de alimentos/mercearia a uma curta distância. A academia não é super impressionante, o serviço de quarto é uma vez a cada 5 dias agora (junho de 2022), o café da manhã é um pouco abaixo do esperado.

Great rooms, love the kitchenettes. Friendly staff. Tons of food/grocery choices within walking distance. Gym isn't super impressive, room service is once every 5 days right now (June 2022), breakfast is a bit underwhelming.

Uau! Tive que escrever outro comentário para atualizar o anterior. Depois de uma experiência ruim no check-in, tive que voltar à recepção para solicitar mais algumas toalhas (apenas duas no quarto), um lençol para o sofá-cama e um pouco de gelo. Abby, na recepção, novamente aproveitou a oportunidade para ser sarcástica e antipática. Ela primeiro argumentou comigo que eu precisava ligar a máquina de gelo na geladeira, que absolutamente não está no nosso quarto. Enquanto continuava a argumentar comigo que a máquina de gelo está em todas as geladeiras aqui, fiquei frustrado e disse à minha esposa que acho que eles não tinham gelo. Ela então afirmou que sim, eles têm gelo e quando eu perguntei se ela se ofereceria para me pegar um pouco, ela foi bastante sarcástica quando me perguntou se eu realmente queria gelo. O que? O serviço mais rude em um hotel nunca!

Wow! Had to write another review to update the previous. After a bad experience checking in I had to go back to the front office to request a couple more towels (only two in the room), a sheet for the sofa bed, and some ice. Abby, at the front desk, again took the opportunity to be snide and obnoxious. She first argued with me that I needed to turn on the icemaker in the refrigerator, that absolutely is not in our room. While continuing to argue with me that the icemaker is in all refrigerators here I became frustrated and told my wife that I guess they did not have any ice. She then stated that yes they have ice and when I asked if she would offer to get me some, she was quite snarky when she asked me if I really wanted ice. What? The most rude service at a hotel ever!

Staff are extremely friendly. Breakfast everyday is cooked with heart! Incredible place to stay.

Staff is great! Very nice and friendly. Make sure you have everything you need before you get back to the hotel it's a ghost town at night, you can't even order Uber eats🤣.

Really enjoy the breakfast now it's much better than when we arrived in January. The new hostess is perfect and really works to ensure we are enjoying the breakfast.

Excelente equipe de recepção, simpática e acolhedora. A suíte 2BR era de um tamanho grande para mim e 2 adultos viajando para um fim de semana para aprender mais sobre Savannah. A lavanderia tem as melhores lavadoras e secadoras que utilizamos devido ao tempo prolongado de viagem. Não usamos a piscina externa, mas parecia muito limpa, observamos as crianças se divertindo lá. Desculpe, não tenho fotos para compartilhar das instalações. No entanto, eu definitivamente recomendo

Great front desk staff, friendly and welcoming. The 2BR suite was a great size for me and 2 adults traveling for a weekend to learn more about Savannah. The laundry room has the best washers and dryers which we utilized due to extended time traveling. We didn’t use the outdoor pool but it seemed very clean, we observed the kids having fun there. Sorry I don’t have pics to share of the facilities. However I definitely recommend
