“I have to preface by saying that I did not stay at The St. Regis Aspen Resort Hotel as a guest, but I did spend quite a bit of time here for a conference I recently participated in (which was hosted by the hotel). I have to say, this place is really beautiful and I had a wonderful experience, even as a non-guest who was on-site quite a bit throughout the week of the conference. The St. Regis had an excellent breakfast for us each morning and the Astor Ballroom was an absolutely gorgeous location for our lectures/collaborative events. I also have to give a shout-out to the staff. The St. Regis' team took amazing care of us. The gentlemen who were tasked to work with us throughout the week were so nice, and they did a great job clearing plates efficiently, setting-up meals for service (i.e. breakfast each morning + one luncheon I was invited to during the conference), and being available if anything was needed. They were ever-present throughout the week to ensure everyone's needs were being met.
The courtyard space and the bar/restaurant were also incredible. I enjoyed a networking event during the week in the courtyard space, and not surprisingly, The St. Regis' team took great care of our group during this event. Further, I had one final lunch at the hotel before departing after the conference. The bartender made me an excellent cocktail & our group's meal was incredible. Our waitress was SO nice, we really enjoyed meeting her too! I love this place so much. The location (tucked right in the mountains in Aspen, CO) is enough to sell you on a stay here, but I'm sure you'll want to come back because of the kindness of the team members and the accommodations available at this resort hotel. If ever given the opportunity, I would absolutely stay here as a guest!”

“This is the second time i have stayed at the st Regis. They have collected the most exception group of staff I have EVER experienced. Whoever is doing the hiring and staff training should win a Nobel peace prize. First all the valet staff are friendly and energetic. The front desk is just absolutely exceptional. We checked In with Joy- he was exceptionally warm, friendly, helpful and funny. He continued to greet us daily and see what he could do to make our stay better. He was so exceptional, that I actually offered him a job at my company in Houston if he ever wanted to move. Mr. Derbas was just as exceptional as Joy. Whit at concierge was just as amazing- he actually remembered me from last year and even remembered the recommendations he told me from last year which was mind blowing. We had breakfast at the velvet buck everyday- all 4 of them were out of this world- it was the friendliest best service I’ve ever had. The same goes for ladies who cleaned our rooms. Finally my time at the spa was also out of this world- they literally checked on me every 5 minutes to see what they could get me. Running a hotel as large at the st Regis is a daunting task- it’s incredibly Impressive that every aspect of the hotel is run so impeccably. I look forward to visiting again!”
