“Had a late flight to Portland, so checking into hotel 8-9pm. Was given a room, I check EVERY room I stay in for cleanliness and bed bugs. What did I find? A bed bug! It seems as though they do not clean the bed skirts when servicing the rooms. The bed skirts were horrendous with hair from every customer who’s ever stayed in the room. I immediately went to the front desk to advise of the bed bug and was given another room, also checked and found another bed bug! And another disgusting bed skirt. Cleanliness is important, when a hotel can’t keep up with cleanliness, it’s terrible. This hotel looks amazing and comfortable but if it’s not clean why would you want to stay here. The front desk lady was very apologetic and was willing to work something out. I did not want to stay in a hotel with bed bugs so I opted to stay some where else. Management if you see this, please please clean bed skirts, I have photos and can give to who ever needs. Cleanliness is number 1!!!!!!”
