Just finished a two night trip to Vegas and have to review our accommodations. We absolutely loved this property. It's on the strip, but has no casino, has a quiet pool and chill restaurants. It was the perfect break from the craziness that is the rest of the strip.The Breakfast at Zen was amazing and lunch at the pool was very good.Most of all the service was perfect. The pre-pandemic service I used to expect was surpassed here. Will definitely be back. Acabei de terminar uma viagem de duas noites a Las Vegas e tenho que revisar nossas acomodações. Nós absolutamente amamos esta propriedade. Fica na Strip, mas não tem cassino, tem uma piscina tranquila e restaurantes tranquilos. Foi a pausa perfeita da loucura que é o resto da faixa.O Breakfast at Zen foi incrível e o almoço na piscina foi muito bom.Acima de tudo o serviço foi perfeito. O serviço pré-pandemia que eu esperava foi superado aqui. Definitivamente estará de volta.

For a non smoker like my self it's a wonderful place to be while in Vegas. The fact that you can walk across to the crystal mall is a very big plus. The tea area at the lounge floor is wonderful for some peace and quiet with a great view of the city. The tea is wonderful of course. The room was very spacious and clean. Service was the best out of the 6 or so hotels we've tried around the strip. The spa is great as well. Wonderful accommodation and massages. Para um não fumante como eu, é um lugar maravilhoso para se estar em Las Vegas. O fato de você poder caminhar até o shopping de cristal é uma vantagem muito grande. A área de chá no piso do salão é maravilhosa para um pouco de paz e tranquilidade com uma excelente vista da cidade. O chá é maravilhoso, claro. O quarto era muito Espaçoso e limpo. Serviço foi o melhor dos 6 ou mais hotéis que tentámos ao redor da Strip. O spa é ótimo também. Maravilhosa acomodação e massagens.

For a luxury property, we expected more.The rooms are great - comfortable, quiet, clean.However, the service and other hotel amenities were lacking. We arrived too early to check in so left our bags with the front desk and were told they'd text us when a room was free. We got a text about 2:40pm (3pm check in) so we went back to the desk only to find a massive line waiting, moving very slowly. It was clear they had texted everyone that their room was ready all at once, instead of staggering the texts to minimize waiting in line. I complained about the wait and was given free late check out as well as 2 mini champagnes, and I appreciated that!The restaurant on the 3rd floor had average food and felt like an airport lounge, not in a good way.To get to the guest elevators, you first go from the ground floor to the 3rd floor, transfer elevators, then go to your room, which we found odd.Overall, if you're looking for a quiet place away from the "vibe" of Vegas, this is good. We just expected something more special. We stayed at the Venetian a week later and preferred the hustle and bustle.

My experience at the Waldorf was amazing!! No smoking, no gambling, the strip view I had in my Junior Suite was exciting. The customer service at the front desk, Doorman, Concierge, Housekeeping(Cynthia was funny & delightful), the Zen Cafe, pool area literally everyone was wonderful! The amenities were all needed & welcomed. I loved being able to call and have what I needed delivered to my Valet closet. This is where I will always stay I just love it. It is so wonderful to find luxury at a luxury hotel! You get what you actually pay for! Minha experiência no Waldorf foi incrível!! Não fumar, não jogar, a vista da Strip que eu tinha na minha Suite Júnior era emocionante. O atendimento ao cliente na recepção, porteiro, concierge, arrumação (Cynthia foi engraçado e delicioso), o Zen Cafe, área da piscina literalmente todos foram maravilhosos! As comodidades eram todas necessárias e bem-vindas. Eu adorava poder ligar e ter o que eu precisava entregue no meu armário com manobrista. Este é o lugar onde eu sempre vou ficar eu adoro isso. É tão maravilhoso encontrar luxo em um hotel de luxo! Você recebe o que você realmente paga!

My experience at the Waldorf was amazing!! No smoking, no gambling, the strip view I had in my Junior Suite was exciting. This hotel is truly one of the best on the strip. The service and hospitality from all levels of staffing is unmatched and given with pure wholehearted kindness and respect. The food and drinks are delicious, and I greatly recommended the couples massage and spa experience! All facilities are clean and well maintained. As a diamond member they gave the full experience and made it truly special vacation. We will definitely be staying here again and again. Thank you Waldorf! We've never stayed at the Waldorf Astoria in Vegas and I'm really glad we chose to stay here on this particular trip. Located in the middle of the strip. It's a perfect spot. We loved the view from our room and the service was impeccable. Our flight wasn't until later in the day when we left so we were able to keep our luggage there while we enjoyed activities on the strip. The room was fantastic and had every modern amenity that you would want and even things that surprised me!

Had an excellent stay here. For context, we had 2 free Hilton nights and used points for the 3rd. Room wasn't ready upon arrival around 2, which I expected. We received a text around 4 that our room was ready. Initially, the check in staff indicated that there was a slight possibility of getting a Diamond status upgrade to a strip view room, however when we arrived to check in, we had been upgraded to a junior suite. Spectacular room. Everything was spotless with very high end finishes and plenty of attention to detail. Housekeeping freshened our room twice during the stay. Looked like a brand new room, but with our items incorporated with OCD precision. All staff was extremely friendly and unpretentious. About my only minor gripe is that the fridge is so full of mini bar items, you have to empty it out to fit any of your own drinks or leftovers. If you can afford it or have points/free nights, this is the place to be in Vegas. I'll be back. Teve uma excelente estadia aqui. Recebemos um texto por volta das 4h informando que nosso quarto estava pronto. Inicialmente, a equipe de check-in indicou que havia uma pequena possibilidade de obter um upgrade de status Diamond para um quarto com vista para a Strip, no entanto, quando chegamos para fazer o check-in, fomos atualizados para uma suíte júnior. Sala espetacular. Tudo estava impecável com acabamentos muito sofisticados e muita atenção aos detalhes. arrumação freshened nosso quarto duas vezes durante a estadia. Parecia um quarto novinho, mas com nossos itens incorporados com precisão de TOC. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos e despretensiosos. Sobre a minha única queixa menor é que a geladeira está tão cheia de itens de mini-bar, você tem que esvaziá-la para caber qualquer uma das suas próprias bebidas ou sobras. My wife and I could not have asked for a better stay.The location was somehow both quiet and on the strip without feeling like we were on top of the craziness.On more than one occasion we remarked to each other how great the property smelled! Este hotel é incrível. Os quartos são muito modernos e atualizados; a equipe foi absurdamente gentil e prestativa! Maxwell à beira da piscina foi excelente. Minha esposa e eu não poderíamos ter pedido uma estadia melhor. A localização era de alguma forma tranquila e na Strip, sem sentir que estávamos no topo da loucura. Em mais de uma ocasião, comentamos um com o outro como a propriedade cheirava bem!

Cadenas de hoteles muy buena, pagas por lo que vez y lo que pides, si buscas lujo comodidad y buen servicio es el lugar indicado, aunque hay hoteles mas centricos y mejor ubicados en las Vegas Boulevard, buenos accesos, buen servicio y buena comida, con habitaciones muy comodas, servicio a la habitacion regular con costos caros por el servicio

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed, in Hilton Group. Warm and quiet. Different from other casinos on the strip, this is a relaxing place. We love the view of city, comfort beds, convenient online check out. Please notice that They only provide valet parking, and the reception desk is on 23rd floor.

Nuestro sitio favorito para alojarnos cada vez que visitamos Las Vegas. Su ubicación es fantástica, en pleno centro del Strip.Anteriormente era el Mandarin Oriental, pero ahora pertenece es el Waldorf Astoria.La zona de piscina muy acogedora, con diferentes tipos de temperaturas en diversas áreas. El personal amable, nos hacen sentirnos como en casa (de hecho, después de tantas veces ya, es como nuestra segunda casa).Una de las cosas que más nos gustan del hotel es el aroma que ponen en el aire acondicionado.Habitaciones esplendidas, y además es un hotel más tranquilo ya que no tiene casino, lo cual cuando viajas con familia se agradece.De hecho, si quieres casino tienes a 100 metros y con conexión directa el Aria, el Cosmopolitan o el mismisimo Bellagio.

We stayed the weekend here for our Anniversary and we loved it! They did everything we requested and bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful! They upgraded us to a Strip View Room when we got there. They gave us chocolate covered Strawberries for our Anniversary which was a nice touch. We loved the large bath tub and the bath salts. My wife used it multiple times and she was in heaven. We loved our view. Amazing! The location was top notch, nothing was too far to walk too. So close to T Mobile arena where we went to a show. We love that there is no Casino or Smoking here. We would get back from a day on the strip and it was so relaxing to get away from the crowds. We just felt so relaxed once we walked back into the building. We will be back because we love all the small things they do for us. Our favorite Hotel we ever stayed at. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

By far one of tbe best hotels we've ever staid in, great service, everything is top notch, we got a room with a strip view and it was great. The rooms are fully automated, the staff is great and the food was just perfect. Also had a chance to spend one evening on the 23rd floor bar, which had a nice atmosphere. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra buck and had a great vacation on the strip but away from it's hustle.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Vegas. Most the staff members I came across were very professional and polite. The check in lobby had a spectacular view. This hotel was in a good location on the strip and the CVS downstairs was useful as well.I did come across an issue but the manager Jeremy was able to handle the issue quickly, thank you again Jeremy!

Very nice rooms, though a bit small and a bit dated compared to the cream of the crop hotels. The TV was not a smart set. There was no safe. The shower was just ok. The tub was wonderful though, and the toiletries, included morning coffee, and staff were all excellent. Definitely check out the sky bar.

Where do I begin?! The hotel is beautiful and you're greeted with sincere hospitality the minute you step onto the property. Upon entering the lobby, you are met with a very calming and peaceful scent that is also present in the bed linens. I ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Waldorf and every meal was DELICIOUS. The in room dinning as well as pool side dining did not disappoint. The sushi at the Zen kitchen was also good, though a little dry. Afternoon tea was beautiful! The food, ambiance, tea, decor, view, server....all top notch. I was also blessed to enjoy several complimentary perks to include an upgrade to a junior suite, complimentary facial and massage, complimentary transportation to the airport in the hotel car driven by the kindest chauffeur. The hotel gym is also perfect for keeping fit away from home. I enjoyed my workout in the gym as well as a great cardio workout swimming in the pool. The decor and drinks at the Sky Lounge is amazing!! I cannot say enough about my experience at the Waldorf, will most definitely be back.

Amazing staff - great hotel - awesome rooms and service. Location is good too - close to shopping and Cosmo for good restaurants, clubs, etc but a more quieter option - smoke free and casino free. Only annoying part is that you have to take two elevators. Complied with our room change request - manager Jeremy was terrific! Pool is nice - lunch there is good too. Definitely a great option in Las Vegas

The room was sublime. My favorite chain hotel room & bath ever. The location is central, yet the hotel is quiet and secluded since it has no casino. Friendly, efficient service and great food in MOzen. What I didn't like: (1) our group reserved a large block of rooms, but it didn't help us when it came to using hotel services. I wish at the very least the hotel staff would have suggested to us that we make a reservation for the hotel bar far in advance of staying there. Too bad there wasn't a better effort to prioritize hotel guests. (2) the spa was fine, but I don't feel the need to go back. (3) my only afternoon tea experiences have been in London and the tea experience here did. not. compare. I would skip.

Es lujoso pero a pesar del nombre casi no hay nada que lo defina como 'oriental'. Es bonito y elegante pero no memorable. Que yo sepa no tiene espectaculos (al menos no de los gratuitos como el volcan del mirage o las fuentes del bellagio) .

Fuimos a conocer el hotel y nos pareció muy bonito y lujoso. La recepción está en el piso 23 junto a una sala de té con bonitas vistas. El pasillo que va desde la recepción al restaurante está decorado con cintas con flores colgantes. El restaurante está puntuado con 5 estrellas por la revista Forbes.

El peor hotel de 5 estrellas de mi vida, llegamos al hotel tarde, no se que problema habia que no encontraban nuestras reservas, ya prepagadas desde dias antes, nos tuvieron 2 horas en recepcion mientras los 4 inutiles de la recepcion daban palos de ciego, vino la manager y mismo de lo mismo... por fin nos dan las habitaciones, al dia siguiente salimos de excursion y a la vuelta nos encontramos con las tarjetas de las habitaciones bloqueadas, bajamos a recepcion y nos dicen que vuelven a no encontrar nuestras reservas... subrealista, ayer aparecen y hoy ya no... 3 horas de reloj perdidas en la recepcion esperando, al fin vuelven a aparecer y para nuestra sorpresa, habian sacado todas nuestras cosas de la habitacion sin permiso alguno. Nos piden disculpas dicen que nos gratifican con 50$ por habitacion, dinero que nunca vemos.... al dia siguiente sin ya creermelo, el mismo problema, ya pensabamos que era una camara oculta o algo! Increible! Jamas volvere a este hotel! El personal es incompetente! Todos los años vamos a Vegas y jamas nos ha pasado semejante desastre con el hotel!
