“The hotel and staff was phenomenal in every way! We cannot wait to go back and have already booked our next stay! They were so attentive, the hotel was superb, clean, high end and beautiful. The city is incredible and this magical place is right there in the middle of it all! Truly an amazing experience and I cannot say enough about how amazing the staff was…Rudy, Gustavo and Ernesto were with us every step of the way if needed!”

“First and foremost this is my first time ever writing a review, so you know this hotel was the best experience ever! Ican go on and on but to summarize quickly, the staff is Amazing! Everyone is dressed professionally and is very tentative to all your needs and concerns. From the hotel itself to all the amenities, it can't get any better than this. Eat and drink all you want and pay once when checking out. I wouldn't ever stay at any other hotel when I get back or even think about another hotel after this Amazing experience. This hotel achieved an award as being one of the top hotels in the world and now I see why. The staff, food, facility, ambience, amenities, professionalism and especially the best concierge Rafael Perez!!! Made our stay and exploring experience absolutely the most exciting/amazing vacation we ever experienced. Rafael did all the research and bookings for the most memorable excursions satisfying our desires. The hotel itself was enough, but Rafael put the icing on the cake!! I don't know how you were able to satisfy us and the others, but you are appreciated and you truly made a difference! To sum up my experience, if there isn't availability there, I will just wait until there is!”
