“The property is beautiful with amazing views. The restaurant and Spa provided outstanding service. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the ambiance was a pleasure. It is a wonderful place for a nice escape! Above all, the staff was very especial and extremely attentive to details.”

“The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is outstanding. The food in all the restaurants was very good. Now the bad news.. my husband and I were stung on our faces by scorpions while we slept in our room on the second night of our stay. This was reported to the hotel manager, and we were compensated for one night. The following day, another large bug was found in my closet. Again, I reported it to the front desk, got lots of apologies and nothing else. On the third day, while I was showering, another scorpion appeared on the bench in the shower. Again, this was reported to the front desk with lots of apologies in return. We moved rooms and there were no more incidences. I would have expected much more in the way of cleanliness and protection of guests at a resort like this. I did ask for additional compensation and was given an additional night. This trip was not what I was expecting.”
