“Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas en el centro de Rotterdam, es un poco decepcionante. Las habitaciones son minúsculas y deterioradas. El destino buffet está bien, aunque masificado (poco espacio para tanta gente). El wellness está bien con piscina, sauna, baño turco, 2 cambiadores y taquillas.”

“Last week I was lodged in the Rotterdam Inntel hotel from 12th to 17th of June. The booking was paid by travel agency of my company. But when I arrived there to make the check in I was toldthat there was a problem with my company payment and I was not allowed to enter in my room if I did not pay again. I paid again with my personal credit card to use my room. The Monday 13th of June my company confirmed the payment and the hotel was agreed with it. Therefore the payment had been done twice, so I asked the refund of the payment done with my personal credit card and your staff told me that it has been done in the same day 13th of June. It has passed one week after that and the refunding has not been done yet. The treatment has been very poor and the hotel staff do not give me any solution. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone”
