“Beautiful view of the Liver building in a great location and the staff were lovely and very attentive during our evening meal. The hotel room itself was small and covered in dust and the fan was blowing dust around the room & unable to open a window. The phone looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in years, covered in gunk. Breakfast was a shambles, too many people and not enough food for them, the poor waitresses appeared rushed off their feet. Not up to the usual Accor standards at all, would not recommend!”

Unos ESTAFADORES!”
