“Amazing Hotel with superb service! The hotel is mastering corona perfectly, offering the service you would expect in normal circumstances. Absolutely an amazing location. It’s our favorite Conrad Hotel and certainly one of our best hotel experiences ever. We stayed there a total of 27 nights - time flew by in this exceptional hotel!”

“My family and I arrived for a 7-day stay at Conrad Tokyo. The last time we were in Tokyo, we stayed at the Hilton, so I was looking forward to staying here. The check-in process was fast and we were up in our connecting rooms with no issues.
The rooms were clean and the furniture was not worn. The beds were comfortable and the linens were very clean. There was no mold in the bathroom and it was all spotless. The view from the room was also incredible.
While the room had no issues, the main problem with the hotel was that they seemed short-staffed. We were informed that if we wanted to access the Executive Lounge, we would have to make an appointment which we did that evening. Once we got to the lounge, there was a line to get in and once in, all the food items were empty. As soon as one tray was brought out, people would get 3 or 4 of them and the tray would empty quickly.
The breakfast in the restaurant was not much better with regard to service. It took 10-15 minutes for a latte or hot drink. Food was very slow to come out and it was faster to try and get it yourself from the buffet.
The hard product here is fantastic, but I hope they are able to get through the staffing issues so the service is on par with what I would expect from a Conrad hotel.”
