It was really a pleasant stay here. I stayed around 10 days in the hotel. It was maintained hygiene. Everyday room service was great. Food served in cafeteria was really great. Morning breakfast, Lunch & night buffet was available with additional cost. But it was worth having compare to outside. But most of the days same dishes. Even though it was tasty, I got board of having the same food again and again. Resto bar was great with minimal space. The ambiance was great. Overall it was a great stay. I enjoyed it! Sure I'll visit again.

We have stayed in this place for more than 7 days and the whole stay was so peaceful and hassle free. Super Friendly staff.. Food here is awesome though it’s Kerala style.. Near by metro station (walkable) Multiple food options nearby Cheap and good breakfast in taste of India..

My overall experience in this hotel was simply awesome. Though the breakfast, Lunch and dinner was really good. Moreover the staffs are also friendly, helpful and quite responsive. My rating will be 10 out of 10. I will definitely recommend people to come here. I absolutely have no regrets at all

I stayed for 4 nights here last week as part of my Dubai family vacation. Pathetic house keeping and very bad food. All are oily food and gifted us stomach problems. Daily room cleaning was not performed and next day they did the cleaning up on request. Not even a single towel kept and reception lady told me to wait till next day morning when I complained. Finally got just one towel that too after multiple follow ups. Never ever expected such a bad experience from a well known brand and 4 star rated hotel. Only person I felt ok was Melvin Sunny ( reception) who tried his level best to support. Not recommending to anyone. Stay away from these guys. Not sure how they got 4 star rating. Not even eligible for single star.

The surroundings of this hotel is way to convenient. Whether it's a metro station or a mall or groceries, everything is near by. Also the hotel staff has been very helpful, specially with post check out luggage storage. I recommend this hotel to all budget Travelers. Enjoy your stay😊
