Amazing private beach, so many swimming pools. Suitable for family. Service / hospitality is definitely top notch. I initially booked a room with a garden view and wanted to upgrade to the ocean view. The staff was quick to help us and made sure we got upgraded to a room on the Cliff Tower which is what we actually wanted. If you wanna stay here, do book a room on the Cliff Tower cause that’s where you’ll get the best view.If you’re lucky you might spot some camels on the beach (but the camels are not provided by the hotel, you’ll need to pay again if you wanna ride them).I booked 3 nights here and I would love to come back sometime.

If you like the upscale,family friendly, holiday village vibe this is definitely the place. It also makes sense to stop by a night or two before leaving this beautiful island. The access to a white sandy beach is precious and the staff are all very professional and friendly. Service at the restaurants can be a bit slow at times but I'm sure with the uptick of the season it'll get better. The menus from the 2 main restaurants (the breeze and the shore) are pretty much the same with only a few variations and you can only order small bottles of water. Beds are super comfortable and the air conditioning works well (although there's no dehumidifier option).The waterslide is also great fun!

Se hospedado por 3 noites durante o longo período de férias.O hotel está localizado ao lado de vários outros hotéis, em geral para a área este hotel é um pouco isolado em comparação com a área BTDC Nusa Dua.O processo de check-in não foi muito rápido, devido à alta temporada, só conseguimos fazer o check-in às 15h00 (horário de check-in às 15h00).As salas de localização estão em um local com o lobby. Pegamos um quarto com vista para o mar. Os quartos são bastante espaçosos, limpos, instalações completas. Muito agradável para viver devido ao bom design e instalações.O café da manhã sempre tentamos chegar cedo, pois às 9 horas podemos ter certeza que temos que esperar para conseguir uma mesa. Variações de menu e sabores na minha opinião não são muito especiais.Tentei a noite de churrasco, bastante decepcionante. O conceito de um buffet, é que a variedade/itens de comida servida e o estoque de comida servida são muito lentos, por isso leva tempo para esperar que a comida seja reposta, mesmo quando se trata de fatiado melancia. Perder o apetite devido a esperar muito tempo para a comida cozinhar.Impressão: As instalações do hotel são muito boas, a limpeza do hotel é boa. Pode ser necessário retreinar o pessoal que parece ainda estar um pouco gaguejante com o influxo repentino devido ao longo feriado. Ocorreram erros de cobrança 2x, no check-in e no pagamento do jantar na noite do churrasco. Portanto, é necessário "passar" repetidamente o cartão para anular ou fazer um novo pagamento devido ao nominal incorreto.No geral, podemos tentar ficar novamente no período de entressafra para que possamos aproveitar melhor o hotel e suas instalações.

Large room Good servicesLobby is on the ground floor, i love the fact when we want to go to our room we need to walk down to enjoy the landscape. The hotel also has private beach which is little bit quite and clean.Breakfast also very good.

We stayed on the cliff tower room which was big and spacious, with balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The room was nice, clean, well kept and looks new. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was good. We wanted a quiet location so this was great! We loved the visit from the monkeys on our balcony, they're so cute!

Conseguiu o lugar por um preço baixo, mesmo quando reservado no horário de férias movimentado e com apenas algumas semanas de antecedência. Reservamos um quarto familiar e era muito espaçoso, limpo e moderno. Todas as comodidades estão incluídas com alguns extras (obrigado). Excelente vista para o mar e localização estratégica. O café da manhã era saudável e completo. O atendimento aos hóspedes é ótimo. Ficaria novamente 10/10.

Gotten the place for cheap even when booked at busy holiday time and only a few weeks in advance. Booked a family room and it was very spacious, clean, and modern. All amenities are included with some extras (Thank you). Great view by the sea and strategic location. Breakfast was wholesome and complete. Guest service is great. Would stay again 10/10.

Love the view from my room(ocean view) and the staff was so friendly and professional. Size of the room is very spacious as well.Their breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever tried, whether in quantity or quality, they won my 5 stars rating. Sadly I only stayed for one night and didn't manage to try all the food. I would if I could. Anyway, I would love to return to you again.

First time here, interested because some influencer did stay here and turns out that it's better to feel it by my self! It's a fantastic experience here....the room is super cozy! The cliff view is fabulous! The beach and pool are superb! And of course, the food.... It's amazing! All staff are warm and definitely will come back soon!!

Nossa família foram atualizados para quarto com vista para o penhasco gratuitamente, com quarto conjugado para conforto extra. O quarto é bom e novo. Tem banheira! :)Artigos de toalete decentes da crabtree Evelyn. Infelizmente esqueci de pedir toalhas extras para as crianças hehe.. você pode ver os macacos do quarto para as crianças, é muito divertido. A porta tem de estar fechada. A piscina é boa, tem areia para as crianças brincarem, é muito bom. Há também um clube de selva no 1º andar.Qt também tentou a costa (naquela época havia um jantar buffet) a comida era tão, mas a vista era realmente superior antes das 19:00. Boa comida, boas bebidas.Gojek não pode entrar e não pode pegar coisas do segurança. Então se tem entrega, tem que pegar no portão da frente, é muito longe! Deve haver uma melhoria para este.O spa Mandara é muito bom. A localização é assustadora para mim, então há mosquitos que picam o spa é muito bom, também é descontado para que 500k possam receber uma massagem e um tratamento facial curto. Se o spa for muito padrão, a aparência da recepcionista do spa é melhor do que a da sala do spa.

O hotel foi construído em 1996 e foi reformado em 2019. O hotel parece ainda estar em uma pequena reforma, e eles fizeram um trabalho incrível com a reforma até agora.Está muito bem conservado e a piscina é muito familiar. A configuração da praia privada também é muito agradável e proporciona uma estadia agradável.Se você gosta de apreciar a vista para o mar da sua varanda em particular, eu recomendaria definitivamente obter o quarto com vista para o mar, pois a vista para a praia é fantástica (temos o quarto do 14º andar).

You're paying for the view, facilities, convenience but not for being taken care of. Don't come with expectations, especially if your last stay were in places way cheaper but way more hospitable. Room price is pretty reasonable for a 5*. We got a corner room on 3rd floor with a broken bathroom sink marble. A night or 2 night stay should suffice, do not recommend for longer stays.

The hotel was built in 1996 and has been renovated in 2019. The hotel seems to be still under some minor renovation, and they did an amazing job with the renovation so far.It is very well maintained and the pool is very family friendly. The private beach setup is also very nice and make for an enjoyable stay.If you like to enjoy the ocean view from your balcony in private, I would definitely recommend getting the ocean view room as the beach view is fantastic (we got the 14th floor room).

The ocean view is extremely amazing. Thank you Hilton for giving us free room upgrade from Deluxe Ocean View to Executive Ocean View at Cliff Tower. Breakfast menu was very delicious w many varieties of food. Bellboy helped and directed us making sure we didn't get lost. The room was so clean. Overall it was very pleasant to stay in Hilton. Surely come back with our family!

Los dias de viento, que son muchos, la playa es peligrosa y a apenas 50 metros del hotel, donde se está construyendo otro, parece un basural insalubre. Al edificio le falta mantenimiento aunque está muy limpio. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y bien equipadas. La atención es muy amable y todo el personal es muy simpático. El desayuno es bueno y variado. Los viernes hay un espectáculo folclórico muy bonito en el restaurante balinés. Cuidado con los monos!Suelen aparecer bien temprano en la mañana y al atardecer. A nosotros nos robaron fruta y un gorro y al vecino sus snacks. Por lo demás son muy divertidos.
