Ruim, Brasileiro vai a Miami para Comprar, e este hotel cobra para armazenar suas encomendas, além de ser caro, um absurdo, sempre fui a Miami e não conheço nenhum hotel que cobre. Não indico tem vários que não cobram, além de ter atendentes nenhum pouco simpático.

Ótima estrutura, um bom café da manhã, e por mais que fique na frente do aeroporto dificilmente se incomodará com o barulho dos aviões, por conta do isolamento acústico.

Achei muito bom, próximo ao aeroporto. Hotel novo, tudo limpo e organizado. O café da manhã e o estacionamento estão incluídos na diária, oferece transporte gratuito para o aeroporto. Funcionários cordiais e dispostos a colaborar sempre. Voltaria com certeza.

Hotel excelente, próximo ao aeroporto e facil acesso a qualquer região da cidade rapidamente. A acustica e excelente e não possui ruidos externos. Instalações modernas, novas e boa limpeza. Recomendo o hotel para viagem em família.

Hotel incrível. Ótima acústica, o fato de estar ao lado do aeroporto não faz que atrapalhe seu sono. Não se ouve absolutamente nada do lado externo. Ótimo!

The shuttle driver was wonderful. Room clean and comfortable. Water in shower not as hot as I prefer. Airport noise not an issue. Will stay here again.

Overall decent experience. Found a long hair in my bed before I got in and the hot water wasn't hot the first night. Being near the airport, expect to hear planes all night long.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was kind and accommodating, even letting me leave some letters with them that needed to be mailed. I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast but it smelled delicious. Price was great for the quality of the rooms. Definitely recommend. From 6am to Midnight, there are both free laundry facilities and an airport shuttle every 30 minutes.

The hotel is nice and clean. However, the city is hosting some refugees in hotel. Which makes parking hard to find since the lot is full and breakfast I another story. If it was not for these inconvenient, definitely a 4.5 o 5 start review.

Good customer service. The room was clean. Requested new sheets and pillowcases for my bed, and received them in less than 10 minutes. The breakfast was really good! I had a good experience overall. I would stay again.

We have stayed here 1 day to be near airport at the last day of our trip. The lady at the reception was really helpful. Rooms were clean. For the price/benefit this hotel is a good choice.

We stayed here twice, Leaving the USA ✈️from MIA international Airport. They have a regular shuttle service to the airport which was very convenient. Shuttle drivers were all very professional and pleasant. Staff at the Desk: professional Breakfast was great and the kitchen Staff was very Courteous and kept the Area nice and clean. Room and bed was comfortable , spacious bathroom.

Le doy más estrellas de las que tiene porque las habitaciones son excelentes, enormes, muy lindas y la cama y almohada inmejorables!!! Tiene un desayuno súper completo con frutas, panes fiambres, queso crema, mermeladas, cookies, yoghurt, Mezcla lista para hacer Wafles, huevo revuelto, etc.. Cuenta con servicio de Transfer desde y hacia el aeropuerto, hasta las 23hs. Para tomar el Transfer deben pedirlo x tel al hotel y pasan cada 30' en la 3er callecita paralela a la entrada/ salida del aeropuerto

soy de una agencia de viajes en Bogotá y he comenzado a utilizar este hotely estoy bastante contento por el servicio en todo, cuando llamo para la recogida de los pasajeros en elaeropuerto y cuando llamo para confirmar las reservas, casi no hay hoteles que atiendan tan amables en las llamadas como ellos, los felicito y seguiré enviando a mis pasajeros sin duda alguna, los pasajeros también están contentos con sus habitaciones y el hotel gracias!!!
