“The rooms were clean and service was awesome! The concierge Frank was so incredible. My husband talked to him because we were here celebrating our 10 year anniversary and asked where would be a good place for dinner and asked about the boat tours. Frank hooked us up the dinner he suggested was delicious as well as he was able to call and get us on a boat tour! Thanks for the great service!”

“Amazing experience. At first when arriving at the check in time we were informed at the desk that they room wasn’t ready. This did throw off the arrival experience, but Gwen and the staff made up for it (thank you!). Big shout-out to Lornada and Frank for taking amazing care and customer service to the experience and thank you to the PM housekeeper, Myra for the hospitality she gave us as well. Recommend this hotel with the perfect location to do all things Chicago!”

Perfect room, very spacious and clean. Our breakfast was delicious. We had bacon, eggs and potatoes. Cooked exactly how we ordered. The hotel staff were friendly. Walking distance to Nordstrom. The hotel was located in a great area surrounded by restaurants and shopping.

Gorgeous and uniquely designed hotel, Perfect location for shopping and sight-seeing on Michigan Ave (Magnificent Mile). Great restaurants near by, and an entrance to the mall. Clean, modern, chic rooms, good service, and convenient for travelers.

We loved the stay we had here. The hotel has a very romantic feel for couples. The lobby was beautiful. The room was designed very well and felt luxurious. We also managed to get a great price.
