“Great location, however disappointing to know that an international hotel chain don’t have a simple international adapter available. I would expect this situation if it was a small hotel, but an international brand located in the heart of the city of Sao Paulo should be a bit more prepared for international guests. They tried to justify saying that they only have the old Brazilian plug style available instead.”

“Lovely location, right on a major junction of the main roads with easy access to the metro, buses and walks. The room was pleasantly large, bright and airy. The restaurant just a little lacking in decor, being almost utilitarian but the food and service was excellent.
The front desk staff deserve a big mention for their service, friendliness and efforts to please even thought their English was just around the very basic.
The Sauna was a real surprise and a bonus for travel weary bodies.”
