“Nice hotel overall. Rooms clean, dinner in the steak house was yummy! Staff pleasant and helpful. A couple downers though. Mostly, no coffee available until 7am. Not really acceptable in what is billed as a 4-start hotel. Also, stayed on executive floor and the lounge was closed, the circulating fresh-air fan that removes air from the bathroom was off. Definitely, not worth the extra we paid for the room.”

“Staff was welcoming and room was clean. Hotel culture is very professional and deserving of a 5 star review. The hotel seems like an excellent choice for business or leisure travel in Harrisburg. We had a reservation at 1700 steak house on the ground floor and they were phenomenal. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is essentially in the center of Harrisburg, meaning easy access to the Capitol, Harrisburg local government, and most business locations in the city. Also connected to the mall location, Strawberry Square. We will most definitely return.”
