“The hotel was wonderful and the staff made you feel like family! Rafael greeted us with a smile when we checked in and remembered our names throughout our stay and asked how we were enjoying the hotel and the city numerous times when we would walk through the lobby! We made it a point to tell Rafael goodbye when we had to leave today, because his customer service was superb! We will certainly be back, as this was such a pleasant experience and stay! Room service was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The views from the room were astonishing! Thank you to everyone at the hotel that made our stay extraordinarily and we cannot wait to visit the Sheraton Grand Chicago again, when we visit the city in a few months!”

“Nice hotel nice lotion YES after spending almost --- for two night of staying when we arrived we where told we needed to pay 60 a night for parking. Very upset shld have been told this in advance. Ridiculous”
