“I really liked this 4* hotel. It's conveniently located 15 minutes walk from the Times Square, in a quite safe location. The interior is inspired by old Hollywood movies, there was live music in the evening. The room was quite small, but the bed was very comfy and we had a great sleep. The washroom was clean, no chips or damage. The window was facing inside the building, which provided isolation from the noise of the Big City - important for a good sleep. Everything else was great. Recommended!”

“We were here 5 nights over Christmas. On the first day, no one cleaned our room. When we called just to get fresh towels, we were told they'd be right up, but never showed up. Bar service was very, very slow. It was difficult to get a drink. I have not spent a lot of time in NYC but thought this would be a premium experience. However, I found the wait staff in the attached Starbucks were more attentive and thankful for my business. All that said, the hotel is beautiful, historic, and close to many major attractions, so that is worth something. I'd give it a 2.5 for service, and a 3.5 for location and history.”
