“We were greeted at the front desk with enthusiastic workers. We were upgraded and recommended to a different room that we had reserved. The cleaning staff was perfect. Beatrix restaurant was on point for breakfast, coffee and juice concoctions. The entire Aloft staff was cheerful, happy to help and always a pleasure. We will be staying here again!!”

“I stayed here for one night last Saturday and was excited because it looked like a nice hotel from the images I saw. When checking in, the vibe was just right and it appeared clean. I was soon disappointed when we had gone up to our room. We checked in an hour after our check in time and the room still hadn’t been cleaned. The bed was messy, there were used tissues, masks, and toilet paper lying around, the room itself was dirty, had used towels laying around, as well as urine still in the toilet... I paid a decent amount for a one night stay and this is what I got upon arrival. They Aloft staff was nice enough to offer me a different room, though I was still disappointed. I had to go back up to the room because we left our luggage in there, move all of it to another room, and was late for a dinner reservation. For a hotel that asks you to wear a mask at all times while walking around due to covid (which I have no problem with), walking into a dirty, uncleaned room didn’t align with their covid protocol in my opinion. Overall, it was a nice hotel. I was just disappointed with my experience.”
