“From 5* to 1*! What a disappointment!
We stayed in Sheraton twice last year and we had a great experience. Unfortunately this time we can’t say the same, the quality of the hotel has gone down a lot!
We payed for the Sheraton Club which was an extra rate of 30 USD. We were promised to have breakfast in the private club area, free snacks, a coworking space and a 20% discount in the hotel restaurants. Unfortunately, at the check in we discovered that the Club area was closed and no one informed us in advance. Moreover, all the restaurants in the hotel were closed except the Sushi restaurant, were the discount was not applicable for fish dishes. We felt scammed and very disappointed by the service! We will never come back here..”

“We had a 19 hour layover in Bogota. This was a very good choice. We ate breakfast, left our suitcases in the room, taxi took us to town.
When we saw enough sights, we came back, napped, showered and took the shuttle to the airport. A great experience!”
