“Great location. The larger rooms have huge balconies. The front desk is friendly but somewhat inefficient, they failed to tell us on time that they could give us free public transportation passes that also offer discounts on museum admission. Housekeeping was just bad: They haven't changed sheets throughout our 4 day stay, they haven't replenished toiletries without being prompted.”

“Location's great - it's near most of the things you'd want to visit in Ouchy, and the room is ok. My only complaint is the food choices during breakfast. We stayed here for three weeks and breakfast remained the same day in and day out. It would be good if they offered more variety.”
