“A disappointing stay! I'm amazed at how nonfunctional the newly decorated rooms (we stayed in 785 and 501) were. We had a 2 night stay and had to pack and switch rooms due to the electricity going out. There was no manager or maintenance person on call, nor was there any sort of room credit. Whomever designed the rooms including their furniture and choice of fixtures should go back to design school. A Hilton Gold Member.”
