I recently had the pleasure of staying at Omni Richmond Hotel, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained, with a grand lobby and comfortable guest rooms. The staff was also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the Starbucks located on the property. As a coffee lover, I was thrilled to have a convenient and well-stocked Starbucks right in the hotel. The baristas were friendly and efficient, and the coffee was consistently delicious. The seating area near the Starbucks was also comfortable, with plenty of seating and natural light. In addition to the Starbucks, the hotel also offered several other dining options, including a restaurant and bar, a grab-and-go market, and room service. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, which had a good selection of hot and cold items. The guest room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-stocked, and the room had a mini-fridge, which was a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend Omni Richmond Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

Stayed for my anniversary. Don’t get me wrong, service at the restaurants were great! But, unfortunately we encountered unsavory events. 1. There was a Caucasian woman that was a part of the valet staff. She made numerous belittling comments to my boyfriend about “not being smart enough” and “not being good with numbers”. Left a bad taste in both of our mouths. 2. Upon my departure, whoever mans the valet on Monday afternoons (Caucasian male) did not even say goodbye or acknowledge me whatsoever. He just looked at me and looked back down. Not great customer service. 3. Wifi is VERY confusing and did not work 4. The room where the pool was had rain coming in from the opening in the ceiling. 5. Room was a 3/5 on cleanliness. Good news: 1. Waitstaff was EXCELLENT during breakfast particularly and dinner. 2. Beautiful views from our room. 3. Front desk staff was very nice Overall I say this: some of your staff needs to be trained to not judge a book by its cover. My boyfriend and I are generous tippers. Some of your staff missed out on great tips because they acted like we were below average civilians. As a business professional, I did not take kindly to that. I think everyone should be treated equal. Rue.

Very nice - upscale hotel - 6th floor has some sort of noise happening periodically early am. Best described as an audible squiggle. It's an older building - do you hear a lot of what is around you. Right near everything downtown.

Birthday weekend was beautiful here. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was not only convenient but delightful as the service was impeccable. Only one suggestion a jetted or jacuzzi tub for private rooms is a must. Thank you kindly for helping me celebrate my birthday this year.

I stayed here for a family members wedding for a weekend. Check-in was smooth, and it was easy to navigate to my room. I was on the 18th floor, with spectacular views of the James river, and eastern Richmond. The room was very spacious, with a larger bathroom. There were outlets in the nightstands and desk, which made it convenient to not have to bend down and find a plug. All the lights in the rooms were warm, and none were fluorescent (I hate those). At night, the room was great at blocking unwanted outside noise from both the hallway and the city down below. The check-out process was also a breeze, all I had to do was drop my key off and I was set. Now, I give it 4/5 stars for one simple reason. On the Omni Richmond website, it states that parking is "complimentary" in the garage underneath the James Center. This is apparently not true, as I had to pay an extra $50 to park. I highly recommend changing this on the website so that the most up-to-date information is displayed. Other than the parking situation, the hotel is in a great location, and lived up past my expectations. I would probably stay here again for another event in the future.
