Very nice and accommodating hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and always went out of the way to help. The valet service was quick and easy even during the mayhem of everyone checking out at the same time. I had "super mario" as my valet and he was great! He had my car pulled up and loaded before I even realized. I was checked out loaded and on the road home within minutes it felt. Great stay, great service, and great food. We will be back.

Room was spacious and clean with a nice view of the city. Staff were pleasant. Coffee/breakfast/lunch area was super handy. Valet parking only, but they were always quick to get the vehicle. Only thing knocking stars off is that I called the front desk twice for extra towels and coffee for the room and they never came, even after apologizing profusely the second time I called. Oh well. Great part of town convenient to cool food places and downtown.

Morning valet was the worst I've ever encountered in my life! Took 45 minutes to retrieve my car only after being texted that there were no valets available and to try back in 10 minutes. A staff member threw multiple keys into the valet stand and were not uncovered until a coworker and myself sorted through the tangled mess to find the reason why other hotel guests were obtaining their vehicles although we were there first was because our keys were helplessly hiding in the chaos that would soon encompass the customer service of the majority of the hotel. Was surprised at the disrespectful valet customer service although I was patient and kind the entire time. Hotel check in process was a disaster and there were multiple disgruntled guests. Seems there is a lack of communication and overall organization. Rooms themselves were spacious with ample lighting and comfortable beds. My bathroom door refused to stay open on it's own but I did enjoy the scent of the lavender toiletries. Hot tub, pool, and exercise facilities did not disappoint. Bar area was a friendly escape from the rest of the hotel and the staff were the only ones that seemed like they actually cared for the guests. Breakfast was super expensive, took forever, and was not worth the price. Although there were more negatives than positives from staying at the Hilton in downtown Richmond, I would consider staying there again......just without any of the staff next time.

Very nice property within walking distance to museums and restaurants! The hotel was very clean and everyone I came in contact with from housekeeping to restaurant staff were very nice. The room was spacious and the a/c was very cool which was wonderful after a day of walking. The beds were so comfortable and were tripled sheeted with nice crisp linens. The pillows were divine and I slept like a baby. The executive lounge had so many choices for breakfast along with drinks/waters and snack for throughout the day. There were areas to set up your laptop as well which was nice. The bathroom was very clean and the towels bright white and plush. There wasn't a hand mirror that the photos showed, but that was not big deal. I do wish there were glasses available in the room for drinking instead of plastic. I know that many Hilton properties do have glasses for guests use and it is more environmentally friendly as well. All in all, a wonderful stay and I would not hesitate to book this hotel if you are looking for a nice hotel in downtown Richmond!

We celebrating our Anniversary and wanted something special but in town for a quick getaway. The Hilton was perfect- gorgeous hotel inside and out. The key on my phone made check in safe and super easy! The tall ceilings, the room amenities and most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in made this a fabulous trip. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to be downtown but still enjoy peace and quiet.
