“Horrible is a very light word to describe our stay at this hotel! In the evening of the day of our arrival, we discovered there was a lot of hair on the shower wall (disgusting!!!), no shower curtain and only 2 towels while the room is for 4 people. Well, it was already very late and we were tired so we had to take a shower in a disgusting tub with no curtain splashing the whole bathroom with water. The next morning as we were leaving the room, we see one of the front desk workers talking to our neighbors who are complaining about a broken TV and other issues in the room (clearly we are not the only ones in this hotel who are not happy!). So we let this person (we didn’t get her name but she had a lot of tattoos) about the issues in our room and leave. When we come back in the evening, what a “pleasant”surprise: the hair is still there, still no towels, but they brought the shower curtain. We call front desk and get the typical “sorry, the manager is not here”. Well, I am sure they had some towels they could bring us, however it doesn’t happen again. The next morning we go to have breakfast and sure enough it is already closed at 8:15 am because a person responsible for that didn’t show up to work…no surprise here! We go and check out and want to speak to someone about our stay and sure enough there is a front desk person with an indifferent face mumbling that “the manager is not there”. She said though the manager will call us. Hard to believe but I will update my review if they call us. Don’t stay here and take your business somewhere else!!!”

“Horrible es una palabra muy ligera para describir nuestra estancia en este hotel. En la noche del día de nuestra llegada, descubrimos que había mucho cabello en la pared de la ducha (¡repugnante!), No había cortina de ducha y solo 2 toallas, mientras que la habitación es para 4 personas. Bueno, ya era muy tarde y estábamos cansados, así que tuvimos que ducharnos en una tina asquerosa sin cortina, salpicando todo el baño con agua. A la mañana siguiente, cuando salíamos de la habitación, vemos a uno de los trabajadores de la recepción hablando con nuestros vecinos que se quejan de un televisor roto y otros problemas en la habitación (claramente no somos los únicos en este hotel que no están contentos !). Así que le dejamos a esta persona (no obtuvimos su nombre pero tenía muchos tatuajes) sobre los problemas en nuestra habitación y nos fuimos. Cuando volvemos por la noche, qué sorpresa "agradable": el pelo todavía está allí, todavía no hay toallas, pero trajeron la cortina de la ducha. Llamamos a recepción y nos sale el típico “lo siento, el encargado no está”. Bueno, estoy seguro de que tenían algunas toallas que podrían traernos, sin embargo, no vuelve a suceder. A la mañana siguiente vamos a desayunar y efectivamente ya está cerrado a las 8:15 am porque una persona responsable de eso no se presentó a trabajar… ¡no es sorpresa! Vamos y hacemos el check out y queremos hablar con alguien sobre nuestra estadía y, efectivamente, hay una persona de recepción con una cara indiferente que murmura que "el gerente no está allí". Ella dijo que el gerente nos llamará. Es difícil de creer, pero actualizaré mi reseña si nos llaman. ¡No te quedes aquí y lleva tu negocio a otro lugar!”
