“Staff service pretty poor. I had higher expectations for a 5 star hotel but the food at the restaurants not good or tasty and the waiters and servers were rude and impolite. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff friendly. Also the resort is very big and well maintained with a beautiful beach and a lot of nature in the property. Unfortunately, won't be coming back again.”

“Worst resort ever. Believe me when I tell you I’m trying to save you from a terrible experience. The good reviews are fake or from people who never went to a real, good all-inclusive resort. There’s no food here (2-3 options of such bad food), maybe 60-80 beach chairs for all guests (read not even close to enough), no beach towels after 2-3pm, long lines for drinks and snacks (very limited), only 4 restaurants (one closed most days), no appointments for restaurants - you have to wait up to 2 hours to get seated. Stay away from this disaster. I hope you heed this advice.”
