“Hotel caro, sucio el baño estaba lleno de pelos en el piso y en la taza, la alfombra sucia y vieja, con basura el cuarto olía a guardado, todo tan viejo, del año de la inauguración del hotel, en el baño la madera despostillado, tinas con cortina de tela, toallas tan duras y viejas que te lijaban la piel, y en su página no deja realizar reclamos ni envían encuesta sobre tu estadía. No vayan ahí, no caigan en desesperación si su vuelo se cancela, ellos viven de eso y se aprovechan de los clientes ofreciéndote habitaciones de hostal de carretera, disfrazado con el nombre de la cadena Hilton. Que decepción y que vergüenza. Y sobretodo que susto y que estafa por la cantidad que cobran la noche no te da ni ganas de dormir tranquilo.”

“Great place and very convenient but with such staff shortage be prepared to wait in line for issues (they don't answer the phone) and wait excessive amount of time in the restaurants.We got burgers FINALLY and she didn't get us any condiments so after 15 minutes we went to a manager to ask for some.Also they charge you to use the fitness center which was never told to use in any of the reservation process or website. When you pay such high fees to stay somewhere you'd think the accommodations would be part of your stay.I've never been charged any where else.The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean.”
