“Booked and was not told under major renovation. No pool or lounge. Front desk no help at all. When I said I would never stay here again, response was "I dont blame you".”

“We were sold a room with amenities at full price. Unfortunately the hotel is under renovation. We were awakened early each morning by drills and hammers. There was no pool available (one of the reasons we booked into a hotel on vacation). There was no business center open so it was difficult to check emails and print Sea World tickets. The desk clerk gave someone a key to our room and they barged in on my wife, who was alone in our room at 10 PM. The manager did comp one night of our stay, but this room should have never been sold at full price and there should have been ample notice it was under renovations and the proper amenities were not available.”
