“What a great find! Just spent three nights here with my brother. The staff is the real reason for 5 stars, they are incredible. Kind, accommodating, quick to help with anything at all, and very Covid-safety conscience. We were craving an American style grilled cheese sandwich one night, called downstairs and asked if they had one on the menu (they don’t)—but the staff looked up how to make it! It was delicious! The staff even let us come hang out in the lobby a few days after checking out when we were back in Cusco waiting for a flight. Just all around great service. Plus the hotel is really close to the historic district. So happy we found the Sonesta.”
