“Location is convenient, however the room is dirty with stained, scuffed and scratched furniture. The outlet in the bathroom is hanging off of the wall, mold in the shower, water damage in the bathroom, shower drain clogged. And when we woke up we noticed there are mosquitoes in the room , how could they get in? We have no idea, but now we have bites all over. Also, our water bottles in the mini fridge were half empty from the previous guest. This hotel seems like a party hotel, loud guests and trashed rooms.”

“Mi estancia en el hotel fue muy buena. Las habitaciones eran perfectas, el bufete increíble. Tiene una terraza arriba de todo con piscina y si no deseas bañarte puedes tomarte algo ya que tienen mesas y disfrutar de las vistas que tiene de Florencia. La ubicación está bastante bien, muy cerca del centro. El servicio genial, muy amable y si tienes cualquier problema te lo solucionan rápido.”
