“The worst experience ever. What hustle was to try to feed my family in this place The main problem was food when it was time to go eat at dinner all places always full and eating was the biggest problem always was turn down buy staff for not having room for people so they will send from one side of resort to another side of the resort will take easy 25 to 30 minutes for the reason you have take transportation and the they don’t provide room service only for platinum members Staff was great with the exception of management staff. All they do is justify their issue wish what’s that mean they don’t care about costumer I will be adding more information to their page a lot more peoples were not happy with same issues in all inclusive hotel At 50 percent capacity the are there were lots of people mad about this issue”

“I would not recommend. Food was not great.so many things were broken in our room. ceiling leaked. they say all inclusive but you have to pay for the wine in your room. was told $10. It was $28. The beach was very nice though and well kept”
