“Parking was SO bad. It took us over an hour to find a spot and then charged $51 dollars for 12 hours of parking. I am sure this is how it is all over downtown Chicago but it certainly started the trip off less than ideal. We had a couple incidents where staff acted like there was nothing to do to help and then when I asked to speak with supervisor (after push back that they even had one) all of a sudden our request could be met. Just a headache of a trip and next time will be looking to stay in a hotel with their own parking or valet, and management that is known for taken care of customers.”

“The location! It was right across from the wedding ceremony we were attending. The pillows were AWFUL... so soft your head sank to the bottom. I had a sore neck each morning. I feel like there were other options nearby that were just as centrally located and had better amenities (pool).”
