“The staff were very welcoming and polite. The rooms were very comfortable. I enjoyed the interior design and lighting of the rooms. The location of the hotel is perfect, most of the sites and neighborhoods to see are just a short walk away, and the tube station is just a couple of blocks down the street. “I cannot say enough good things about this hotel!I stayed for 4 nights in August. The location is so centrally located to be able to move around the city easily-either by foot, Tube, or bus.The front of house staff are ALL exceptional (shout out, Jason!), always greeting you with a smile as you come in, and ever ready to answer any question you may have or address any issue that comes up.I had a standard double room, which was plenty big for myself and the air conditioner worked great (very important for the heatwaves)!! I have found my go to hotel while in London!I also highly recommend Le Signore cafe right around the corner for a quick breakfast and wonderful coffee to start your day!The owners make you feel very welcome, and it is a hot spot for thelocals in the morning (always a good sign!). Não posso dizer coisas boas o suficiente sobre este hotel! Fiquei por 4 noites em agosto. A localização é tão central para poder se deslocar facilmente pela cidade, seja a pé, de metrô ou de ônibus.
