Este hotel está descrito a 2 passos da cidade de Rodes, fica a 1 hora a pé da cidade velha e, portanto, a 2 passos do Colossus. Além disso, o hotel costuma estar cheio e a espera pelo check-in e check-out é muito longa. E, finalmente, eu tinha um quarto conjugado e, portanto, muito, muito barulhento! A recusar, se possível... Por outro lado, o buffet é realmente muito variado e saboroso. Dito isto, não é um bom custo-benefício.

Este hotel é ótimo. Todo o staff é muito simpático, prestável e competente. Isso começa na recepção e termina no bar da praia. O edifício e o jardim estão bem conservados. Graças à localização, você verá um pôr do sol deslumbrante todas as noites. Os quartos são espaçosos, com excelentes vistas da varanda de você escolher vista para o mar. Tanto os restaurantes à la carte quanto o buffet têm comida muito boa e excelente atendimento. O entretenimento noturno se encaixa no ambiente descontraído e não é muito barulhento e emocionante. Se você procura um lugar calmo e elegante para ficar, este hotel pode ser recomendado.

Este hotel es simplemente genial. Todo el personal es muy amable, servicial y competente. Comienza en la recepción y termina en el chiringuito. El edificio y el jardín están bien mantenidos. Gracias a la ubicación, verá impresionantes puestas de sol todas las noches. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, con excelentes vistas desde el balcón de su elección con vista al mar. Tanto los restaurantes a la carta como el buffet tienen muy buena comida y excelente servicio. El entretenimiento nocturno se adapta al ambiente relajado y no es demasiado ruidoso ni emocionante. Si busca un lugar tranquilo y elegante para quedarse, este hotel puede ser recomendado.

This hotel is just great. All of the staff is very friendly, helpful and competent. This starts at the reception and ends at the beach bar. The building and garden is well maintained. Thanks to the location, you will see stunning sunsets every evening. Rooms are spacious with great views from the balcony of you choose sea view. Both the a la carte restaurants and the buffet have very good food and excellent service. Evening entertainment fits the relaxed atmosphere and is not too loud and exciting. If you look for a calm and classy place to stay, this hotel can be recommended.

Despite the resort is a little dated it is well maintained, clean, and the brand Standards is kept well in place. Location is conveniently placed at 10 min by taxi from the old town. The Hotel have all services you could need and the personnel was always really friendly.

A big touristic resort where you can enjoy all the hotel amenities. The rooms with the sea views are stunning as you can enjoy the sunset from your balcony everyday. You can spend your whole time in the hotel, however if you want to discover the island, a car is compulsory.

A localização do hotel é muito boa se você estiver interessado em estar perto da cidade velha. (Em geral, você pode chegar a quase todos os lugares agradáveis em Rodes apenas dirigindo 30 minutos ou no máximo 2 horas).O serviço ao cliente é bom e os quartos são limpos todos os dias. As piscinas estão abertas quase das 10h00 às 20h30.Na minha opinião o hotel é bom para quem quer relaxar e curtir um final de semana ou uma viagem curta. Deite-se ao lado da piscina o dia todo sem que nada aconteça ao redor.O hotel está localizado do lado onde a água não é calma. Então curtir a praia também não é muito interessante :)Não é um hotel familiar. Não há nada de especial que faça uma criança sentir, querer ou poder ficar um dia inteiro no hotel.À tarde/noite não há atividades ou programa para crianças. Durante o dia é o mesmo nada acontece.Todas as quartas-feiras o sítio dos miúdos está fechado porque o trabalhador tem dia livre ou não sabe porquê 😃As bebidas são muito caras. Quase 10€ por um cocktail.A comida é exatamente a mesma todas as manhãs.À tarde as opções são melhores. A qualidade da comida nem sempre é como você espera.

The hotel location is very good if you are interested in being close to old town. (In general you can reach almost all the nice places in Rhodes just by driving 30 minutes or maximum 2 hours). Customer service is good and rooms are cleaned everyday. Pools are opened from almost 10.00 til 20.30. In my opinion the hotel is good for those who want to relax and enjoying a weekend or a short trip. Lay next to the pool all day without nothing happening around. The hotel is located on the side where the water in not calm at all. So enjoying the beach is not very interesting also :) It's not a family hotel. There is nothing special that makes a kid feels,want or can stay a whole day in hotel. At afternoon/ night there is no activities or program for kids. Through the day it's the same nothing happens. Every Wednesday the kids place is closed because the worker has a free day or don't know why 😃 Drinks er very expensive. Almost 10€ for a cocktail drink. Food is exactly the same every morning. In afternoon the options are better. Quality of food is not always as you expect.

Absolutely top quality and service, I cannot have any complaints. Pool areas are huge, catering is great, there are plenty of amenities, the gym runs 24/7. Rhodes is pretty close, 40 min. walk, 8 min. taxi ride.

Os quartos são bons, com vista, mas nossos lençóis estavam um pouco sujos. Não há sacos em latas de lixo. A comida era boa para um dia e o seguinte estava em um nível muito baixo, não o que você esperaria de um hotel dessa magnitude. A parte mais chata no meu ponto de vista é que no jantar você não pode usar a torneira de água que você usa de manhã, então eles estão te obrigando a pagar se você quiser beber alguma coisa. Eu acho que se você pagar tanto por um hotel é apenas um comportamento embaraçoso do hotel. Não temos problemas em pagar vinho e outras bebidas, mas a água fria da torneira é apenas básica.

Estamos aqui há 5 dias, a comida é muito boa, a área da piscina + bar são ótimas. serviço é 5/5, pessoas incríveis e muito acolhedor. os quartos é bom nada mais. a varanda está virada para lugar nenhum e todo o cheiro da cozinha está dentro do quarto, tivemos que fechar a porta da varanda durante toda a estadia. além disso tudo foi incrível.

Os quartos estão muito bem conservados, o terraço é espaçoso e a vista para as piscinas e para o mar é soberba. Flat em relação à roupa de cama, os travesseiros são desagradavelmente macios. Para o catering, o sumo de laranja ao pequeno-almoço é divino e o café servido à mesa a partir das 7h. Tudo é oferecido em abundância, a equipe é agradável e o dia começa muito bem. A localização do hotel permite chegar a Rodes a pé (6 km) ao longo do mar, também de autocarro (paragem próxima) ou de táxi (6 €) através de uma estação próxima. Se você optar por almoçar no hotel, um menu é oferecido em pequenas mesas protegidas do sol entre as duas piscinas. A escolha é limitada, mas de qualidade, às vezes podemos simplesmente lamentar a espera. O jantar, além de outro restaurante à la carte do hotel, é possível sob a forma de um buffet completo e variado. O ar condicionado está muito presente e é preciso saber escolher a sua mesa. Acrescente-se que o acesso à praia é feito por uma passagem privativa do hotel, que os sanitários e chuveiros de praia são impecáveis, que as muitas espreguiçadeiras e guarda-sóis disponíveis permitem que todos escolham a sua exposição ao sol e que o sistema de distribuição de toalhas de praia funciona sem problemas . Um hotel muito bom que provavelmente contribuirá para lembranças positivas dos dias passados em Rodes..

Excelente servicio al cliente a la llegada y durante toda mi estadía. La recepción es acogedora y muy útil para los días de exploración. Se proporcionan mapas y guías. El personal del bar y el personal del desayuno son excelentes, genuinamente dispuestos a hacer que su estadía sea lo más relajada y cómoda posible. Las habitaciones están muy bien cuidadas, la terraza es espaciosa y la vista a las piscinas y al mar espléndida. Planas en cuanto a la ropa de cama, las almohadas son desagradablemente blandas. Para el catering, el zumo de naranja del desayuno es divino y el café servido en mesa a partir de las 7 de la mañana. Todo está abundantemente ofrecido, el personal es agradable y el día comienza muy bien. La ubicación del hotel permite llegar a Rodas a pie (6 km) bordeando el mar, también se puede ir en autobús (parada cercana) o en taxi (6 €) a través de una estación cercana. Si opta por almorzar en el hotel, se ofrece un menú en pequeñas mesas resguardadas del sol entre las dos piscinas. La elección es limitada pero de calidad, a veces simplemente podemos arrepentirnos de la espera. La cena, además de otro restaurante a la carta del hotel, es posible en forma de buffet completo y variado. El aire acondicionado está muy presente y hay que saber elegir tu mesa. Hay que añadir que el acceso a la playa se realiza a través de un pasaje privado desde el hotel, que los aseos y las duchas de playa están impecables, que las numerosas tumbonas y sombrillas disponibles permiten a cada uno elegir su exposición al sol y que el sistema de distribución de toallas de playa funciona sin problemas. . Un hotel muy bueno que probablemente contribuirá a que tenga recuerdos positivos de los días pasados en Rodas.

Rooms are nice with a view but our bed sheets were a bit dirty. No bags in trash cans. The food was good for a day and the one after was at a very low level, not what you would expect from a hotel in this magnitude. The most annoying part in my point of view is that at dinner you are not allowed to use the water tap that you use in the morning, so that they are forcing you to pay if you want to drink anything. I think that if you pay that much for a hotel it is just an embarrassing behavior from the hotel. We have no problem paying for wine and other drinks but tap cold water is just basic.

We have been here for 5 days, the food is very good, the pool area + bar are great. service is 5/5, amazing people and very welcoming. the rooms is good nothing more. the balcony is faces to nowhere and all the smell from the kitchen is inside the room, we had to close the balcony door for the whole stay. besides that everything was awesome.

Excellent customer service on arrival and throughout my stay. Front reception are welcoming and very helpful for days exploring. Maps and guides provided. Bar staff and breakfast staff are excellent, genuinely willing to make you stay as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Excellent gym facilities with modern equipment, 4 pools one indoor and a full luxury spa service. Pristine clean throughout the hotel, cleaning staff friendly and helpful and a welcoming message from Bill Marriott. BonVoy-age delivered. Thank you Marriott Hotels once again for a memorable stay.

Hotel bom mas ficou aquém das expectativas. A lista do bar é muito pobre com pouca variedade de cocktail . As aminities são de baixa qualidade nem sequer touca de banho era disponibilizada. As toalhas apresentam um grande desgaste inadequado para um hotel dito de 5 estrelas.

Hotel deslumbrante, há mais de 5 piscinas, um spa relaxante, comida de boa qualidade - todas as noites a refeição era em torno de um tema diferente. Uma estadia muito legal. Hotel tem muitas amenidades e executa eventos diários incl. opções para crianças. Os quartos com vista panorâmica eram suficientemente espaçosos e confortáveis. Os restaurantes de jantar foram incríveis e os funcionários de alto nível. Pelo contrário, a experiência de café da manhã não está no mesmo nível - muito superação e falta de opções para um resort de 5 estrelas. A arrumação também poderia ser melhorada. Uma oferta incrível de mensagens. Globalmente, embora feliz com a estadia - foi muito relaxante e gostaria de voltar.

Amazing view but you must pay for it extra. Cleaning service every 3 days - they don't give water and cleaning itself is not the best Food is everyday the same. Exactly the same. Once we had 4 different types of potatoes but they didn't wanna try something new. We were there last week so it was quiet - nothing was going on and evenings it was just boring and dead. Lifts are terrible. Not sure if they are save anymore. 3 stars for service as people were absolutely amazing 👏 they saved this hotel because differently I would say it is max 3 stars which needs immediate renovation.

Very large hotel with a great choice of facilities. B&B option is good, however as with all buffet food the choice is the same each morning and often a little cold. The hotel staff and the majority of guests respected Covid rules, so I would class this as a safe place to visit given the current issues. Thing to note: 1. If you go toward the end of the season be prepared for a cold pool (not heated) 2. Pool drinks and snacks are on the pricey side 3. Although this is suppose to be 5 star it's is more 4 star. This hotel was last renovated in 2011 so is starting to show signs of aging in places

A very cool stay. Hotel has many amenities and runs daily events incl. options for kids. Panoramic view rooms were spacious enough and comfortable. Dinner restaurants were amazing and staff top notch. On the contrary breakfast experience is not on par - very overrun and lacking options for a 5* resort. Housekeeping could be improved too. Amazing message offer though. Overall though happy with the stay - was very relaxing and would return.

Na verdade, é muito bom, mas há algumas coisas para reclamar. 1. Não há água no quarto, exceto para 2 garrafas pequenas de água. Você deve ir a pé até o quiosque e carregar garrafas pesadas no quarto ou comprar água mais cara no supermercado do hotel. Na minha opinião, eles deveriam ser gratuitos. 2. Os chuveiros acabam. Infelizmente, isso é uma pena, porque você só pode andar no chão molhado no banheiro. Infelizmente, a toalha fornecida para o chão não pode absorver toda a água. Ainda muito agradável e também a área da praia privada bonita.
