“O hotel está idealmente situado com acesso à maioria dos lugares com muita facilidade. A equipe da recepção foi extremamente útil e muito doce.No entanto, começou sem serviço de água quente em um domingo no hotel ao qual não houve comunicação de quando será resolvido.Em segundo lugar, nos foi dada uma oferta com desconto de £ 15 por pessoa para o café-da-manhã, mas ainda foram cobrados £ 17,50 por cabeça. Eu poderia ter deixado isso passar se as opções para comer estivessem disponíveis. O café da manhã fecha às 10h, no entanto, às 9h30, quando avisei o pessoal do restaurante que não havia nada disponível para comer, a resposta foi "o que fazer? É assim que é". Então, por £17,50 por cabeça para 4 pessoas (o dobro em dólares australianos), comemos 2 torradas, café e partimos.A equipe da frente informou que alguém entrará em contato comigo para discutir isso.
