“Beautiful hotel and great service. I would've gave it 5 stars but they didn't have a secondary situation for parking. They said their parking garage was full and had no direction on how to really help you or direct you with parking somewhere else.”

“The staff was nice, hospitality was about 2 out of 5. Parking was hell because our barcode NEVER worked and the parking is expensive. We'll probably stay elsewhere next time we visit. We didn't even get fresh towels on our second day, even after requesting them.”
