“Stayed four nights there recently and choose this resort based on high customer review score. Expected better from a "5 Star" resort with such high reviews. Most of the staffs were very courteous and helpful except of the one guy at the front desk whose name was something like Fredrico (wears glasses) who was attitude is somewhat rude. I had to deal with him twice during my stay and unfortunately he was somewhat rude both instances. I was expecting courteous behavior from the staff as I show due respect and generosity towards all staffs and that's why I couldn't give higher rating. Food choices and quality were poor for a "5 star" resort compared to few others I have stayed before. The best part of the resort was the beach and clear water. We also liked the cleanliness and hygiene around the resort.”

O hotel é muito bom. Todos os funcionários são atenciosos e educados. Só tem que ter atenção porque na hora do check in nos cobraram U$ 25,00 por noite e não fomos informados disso quando fizemos a reserva no site Hotel Urbano.

Hotel com uma infraestrutura incrível, quartos amplos, confortáveis e todos com varanda com uma vista deslumbrante para o mar!!! Excelentes restaurantes com comidas deliciosas! No restaurante Isla Contoy, que fica na área da piscina, além de você comer bem, tem uma vista de tirar o fôlego! Localização perfeita, pois fica a poucos passos de todas as baladas, supermercados, farmácias, artesanatos, enfim, tudo que precisamos! O hotel tem a opção de all inclusive ou não. Super recomendo!

Lo único q no me gusta es el exceso de Desechables entodos los bares y área de playa que terminan en el mar por q no hay suficiente personal q se dedique a levantar a tiempo todo esa basura.

Las habitaciones están muy limpias y arregladas. Pasan dos veces al día a ordenar. El personal es muy amable, digno de un buen hotel. Los alimentos son muy buenos, pero poco variados día con día. Para el almuerzo son las mismas opciones diario, y solo hay un restaurante abierto. Podría haber otro restaurante para variar un poco, o bien cambiar un poco más el menú del único restaurante abierto para el almuerzo. Solo falta algo de introducción a los huéspedes al llegar al hotel. Digamos que una explicación de dónde se encuentran los restaurantes, las actividades en la piscina, y cosas por el estilo. El kids club vale mucho la pena para los chicos. Tienen actividades muy divertidas y entretenidas en un programa muy bien llevado. Sin embargo, faltan actividades para niños menores de 3 años (aunque sea acompañados). En las piscinas abiertas faltan actividades para niños también. Recomiendo más sombrillas para los camastros.

I honestly cannot believe how truly excellent the service was here. The staff is professional, polite, accommodating, and friendly without being pushy at all. Some bartenders likecreate their own versions of classic cocktails that are outstanding, waiters are timely and deliver great service. The food may just be their best thing they offer here, every single spot had top quality food-and we went to all except the La Bastille restaurant. Just be aware of timeshare scams (there are salesmen at the hotel and may act like concierge or front office employees), make sure to reserve everything when you get there, but I 100% recommend to anyone especially those who don't want a trashy college spring break vibe.

So much to say about this wonderful resort! Top notch service. Beautiful views, excellent service. Immaculate attention to experience. Every time I am in Cancun, this where I stay, it’s like a home away from home.I love spicy food, so the restaurant on the beach have this fried fish and I asked for spice and they brought a spice that was so good. I highly recommend this resort. Everyone that I’ve ever recommended to this place do thank me.

The hotel was very grand and the views were amazing. Great pools. My only complain is that they only use/ serve fake butter. I ended up ordering my entrees without the sides because I don’t care for the fake butter taste. I think the Mexican restaurant on site could be more authentic. While for example the mole was great, it was served with steamed broccoli... my last complain is the juice is not fresh- some kind of mixTo respond to the hotel- I was only ever offered fake butter on the table and the JUICES offered were not fresh but there was a smoothie bar with fresh fruit. Smoothies are not juice. I will add the staff was extremely nice and the service was top notch.

Part 2 of my review Days 4-6.Finished as strong as it started. Yes its not the newest hotel in Cancun but these are the hardest working people in Cancun — housekeeping, pool bartenders, pool staff & waiters constantly serving us & asking if we need anything.Very friendly.They never asked but we tipped constantly because they work so hard to please.Very focused on cleaning surfaces & giving sanitizer.Room service fantastic. Best restaurant was the Mexican w mariachi bands.Book all your restaurants when you arrive.Wonderful spa on site too, little pricey but no complaints.Beautiful beach & water.Sandy soft bottom & attentive lifeguard.LOVE this hotel!!!!

Everything about our stay has been perfect. This place is so clean, the most accommodating resort I have been to. Constantly serving you. The house keeping cleans your room multiple times a day. The food is actually great! We did not lack a thing. Everyone has been beyond nice, beach is clean. There is entertainment every night. Will stay here again. This is the cleanest resort/hotel I’ve seen. Cannot say enough. PLEASE bring money to tip these amazing people. I was reading some cleaning staff/servers make 5 USD a day. Tips are so important to them. Please bring cash and tip these amazing people!!

This all inclusive resort is beautiful.Rated 5 due to their amazing service everywhere around the resort. Beautiful views, great food and drinks, and shopping right across the street. Make sure to make all your dining reservations when you get there for nighttime meals.If you like the sun, the chairs by the pool on the side closest to the beach are best or on the beach!Chairs closest to hotel are shaded by the hotel for most of the day. Very Covid conscious!!

This resort is amazing. The first and foremost best feature is the beach. The sand is like walking in fluff, so soft and nice. The water is beautiful and clean. The people at the resort were so polite and helpful, they alone made it hard to leave. Of course the food is great and the pools were super clean and nice, always had plenty of open places to sit and relax with plenty of shade and sun. The other nice thing about the location is it’s within walking distance of the flea markets and clubs. We absolutely would stay here again.

Durante las 7 noches en este hotel la experiencia fue excelente, la comida de la mejor calidad, siendo nuestros favoritos el de mariscos donde Benigno siempre muy profesional nos hacía el día aún más agradable, el Restaurante Italiano muy bueno y la atención excelente, una mención especial para Andrés en el Buffet, desborda profesionalidad, ofrece la mejor atención al cliente, siempre alegre. A new family favorite; we spent the week of Thanksgiving (US) here for the first time ever, and very, very pleased. Food, service and housekeeping (COVID precautions) were among the best we've experienced. Everything we needed - excursions, watersports, live entertainment - were available on-property and were exceptional. A truly great place to bring a family - or even a family reunion - because there is something for everyone, all-included. We'll be back, and we (family of four w/ teenagers) highly recommend.

To be honest this wasn't our first choice of resort, but I am grateful that we ended up here. We had a great time! We were upgraded to a master suite on the top floor free of charge - VERY NICE - and were impressed with the warmth and service of the staff. Renting a cabana on the beach was a great call, as we were treated to massages and sparkling wine as part of the deal. Drinks and snacks were always available, be it in our room or in the lobby area. The pools looked nice, though we just spent our time on the beach. And room service was included with a pretty full menu. Always arrived within 30 minutes!Our only critique was the food: our reservation to La Joya got lost somehow, so we didn't get to experience it. I'm not sure that Le Basilic was worth the extra cost per person, but it was a pleasant evening nonetheless. As is the case with most all-inclusives, more breakfast and lunch options would've been nice. And the decor could use a little updating.Overall, however, we'd recommend this place. Seemed great for families, too, with lots to do.

Loved every thing about this resort, the staff, food, beach, room, entertainment. We have traveled to Cancun and stayed at four different resorts and this was the best one so far we will definitely return to this resort next year.The top two reasons we will return next year is because of"Lizbeth" at the reception desk was phenomenal and Adrian who does beach service ( food and drinks) was incredible as we looked forward to seeing him each and every day.

Si eres nacional si hay distinción en la atención, meseros enojados, con mala cara y en recepción no se diga también su atención no es nada clara, el check out lo hicimos a las 2:00 pm nos comentaron que podíamos seguir consumiendo jajaja mentira máximo podíamos comer algo antes de las 4:00 pmnos quedamos sin comer por su mala información al igual y es instrucción gerencial pero el daño ya esta hecho. Mal sabor de boca.

Solo hay un restaurante para desayunar y comer por lo que se hacen filas enormes en la mañana y en la noche; la calidad y sabor de los alimentos dista mucho de lo que presumen; la atención es muy buena dependiendo cuántos huespedes, entran en caos si hay muchos y más si está lloviendo, se les olvida tu pedido y tardan demasiado.... el hotel es muy viejo, con arquitectura y diseños del siglo pasado...

Cómo sugerencia, deberían tener un barandal para bebes opcional para las habitaciones que tienen escalones es algo peligroso, tener un banco de aumento para poder subir a los niños para lavarles las manos en el lavabo del baño y un área de juegos en alberca para niños. Los baños están muy escondidos y tienes que tener cuidado al bajar los 22 escalones cuando vienes todo remojado de la alberca.

Food was great( even room service fish was tasty) Drinks were top shelf. From Julio on the beach to all entertainers and elevator attendants. Just top class all around. This place is AMAZING! The food, customer service, rooms, beach area, gym, and pool are the best in Cancun. I would stay here again if I came back to Cancun. it is the largest hotel in hotel zone and is in the perfect area for night life. If you want that experience. But it is tucked away from traffic and crowds and is very quiet and peaceful. Good for families, couples, and group trips! I loved this place so much and think it is the best for your money at an all inclusive.

Ubicación muy buena con una playa muy bonita, pero es un hotel con bastantes años. Para las cenas, hay que reservar con mucha antelación en los restaurantes del hotel. Cócteles muy normales. Casi toda la cerveza es de lata.

If you want to go away to Mexico and get treated like royalty this is the place to go. From top notch suites to good food and amazing people. Recently converted to a all inclusive you get the best for your money. Although the liquor is not top shelf they will oblige at an extra pour for your frozen drink. Three large pools is enough to keep anyone busy and the beach is gorgeous. They also have shows every night from tradition Spanish dancing to trapeze over the pool. Never a dull moment for the night life. If you plan a trip to Mexico soon take a look here.

An amazing experience! We had four nights of stay here and everything was perfect. The staff is so friendly and observant with the goal of making sure you have a good experience. The Covid protocol is probably the best (every staff is wearing mask inside and outside, they check temperature of every guest, etc). The food is DELICIOUS!! The location is perfect. I would recommend is to make sure you go for check out on your last day before your transfer gets there.

One of the best resorts in Cancun. Awesome staff. Few items that need work on: 1. New shower heads 2. New Beach umbrellas. We had to use tree sticks to hold it open. 3. Spa was pricey taking into consideration 4or5 rooms that were closed. 4. A better welcome is needed at check in.

We just came back from a 8 days stay at this resort, and let me tell you it’s amazing. I don’t have words to describe how wonderful this place is. At the time you arrive they give you a nice smile to make you feel at home. I was impressed how clean they keep this place. Housekeeping stop by 2 times per day to make sure you room is clean and you have all the supplies you need. Food is great, drinks are strong. This resort provides top shelf service for everything.

It’s been a great time to spend in this wonderful hotel! The service is outstanding, food is very great, personal friendly, very attentive and working very hard! This hotel have met all our expectations and even more! We felt safe and relaxed in this difficult period of time. Lots of beach activities with professional workers, definitely recommend to try! Our room was very clean, the ocean view took our breath away. We recommend top floor! Thank you everyone in this hotel for your hard work and outstanding service! Service is top notch at this resort. It is our last night here and I'm writing the review because I want to make sure I don't forget any details. Besides the normal all inclusive amenities, expect entertainment at dinner. Expect a huge 75 inch tv with HBO channels available. Expect someone to come clean your room not only once but TWICE a day. Expect someone to come offer you food or drinks when you sit by the pool or even when you sit in the lobby! I loved a lot of things in this resort. I'm excited to come back again in the future.

This is my favorite All inclusive option. This is also my favorite hotel so far in Cancun. The staff have got to be the most friendly. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. The food was great, the drinks were just right (no cheap alcohol), the service was always timely (no long lines or excessive wait times), housing keeping was on point, I give them a 10 + for everything (from check-in to checkout and everything in between). We had an ocean view room and it was gorgeous! They were the absolute best. I would recommend them every time.
