“Tivemos uma inconveniente na estadia: um hóspede, com a chave fornecida pelo hotel, abriu a porta do nosso quarto (estávamos no quarto 1159) quando estávamos dentro do quarto. A sorte é que a porta estava com a tranca interna. Um susto! Fui até a recepção e cancelaram todas as chaves e me deram chaves novas. É um hotel enorme, muito movimentado e a equipe do hotel pode ter se enganado ao habilitar o meu quarto na chave do hóspede (que não teve culpa).Outro problema: os elevadores, quando muito cheios de passageiros, apresentavam problemas de não obedecer os comandos de descer. Tanto que após os problemas, o hotel colocou pessoas para controlar o a quantidade de pessoas nos elevadores.Fora estes inconvenientes, o hotel é muito bom. Boa cama, bom banheiro, serviço de limpeza bom. Café da manhã típico inglês. Restaurante bom a preço justo. Tem uma espécie de lojinha que vende lanches, sucos, sorvetes... Equipe prestativa e simpática. A localização é privilegiada. Perto do metrô (300m) e da High Street Kensignton, que tem ótimas opções de restaurantes e lojas. Hyde Park fica a 1km.Embora o hotel estivesse cheio, não percebi problemas quanto ao espaço reservado para o café da manhã, já relatado em outros comentários.”

“The reception was clean, tidy and nice. Very polite gentleman checked us in. Went to our room and we had to physically throw ourselves against it to get the door open. Same for shutting it when we were inside. Twice my husband didn't close the door fully as it hadn't shut properly behind him as we entered. We had to lean on it to get it shut.
Same for the bathroom door. Clearly some movement in the building has occurred. Bathroom door wouldn't shut. The bathroom door also have a large (albeit repaired) hole on the inside. Clearly been kicked at some point and repaired. I understand the repairing...…but how about painting the door??
