“We are currently on day number two of a last minute five day stay at the Viceroy in Snowmass.A special late April snow storm has made skiing simply magical, but the service and amenities of this special hotel have made our trip truly fantastic. The Manager, Darren Green, has truly welcomed our family far beyond our expectations. Such efforts are far more than great service, it's a personal touch by an individual who clearly understands outstanding service towards clients. Stay at this hotel as many times as you can - you will not regret it!”

“Not worth the money you pay! Went here for my first time in Aspen and it is so overpriced but not even worth it. My partner and I typically stay at 4-5 star hotels and this did not make the cut. There is a delivery fee for room service wild, also the valet is $50 a night, that typically wouldn’t be a problem in the winter but in the summer I can park my own car or have the option to pay, when we called them to have the car ready no one was even there. The room was not as described we didn’t have a tub and there was no vent in the bathroom. To top it off they allow dogs in the hotel. I’ve never seen that before in a higher class establishment. The dog was barking all night and made my next day hell. As well as the AC was broken for two nights and we had to call multiple times for a. Overall I would not recommend or go back.”
